I went to a sticker stop locating for my annual state inspection, but the line was over two hours long, so I came to Qualtech Automotive, and my inspection was completed within 15 minutes from the time I walked in. The staff was very friendly, and courteous. I will be returning soon for other automotive needs.

I'd like to add my 5-star rating to all the others here. I have used QualTech Automotive on RR620 for the past several years. Never once a negative experience, in fact quite the opposite. They are proactive and explain issues to my understanding. Reasonably and competitively priced, honest, professional, courteous. I could get into specifics but this review would be much longer. I'll just say from state inspections to oil changes to major issues, I've never been disappointed. Thanks again to everyone at QualTech..well done.

* Unfortunately, I'm lowering my review to 1 star. After receiving the below diagnosis from QualTech, I purchased the two hoses that the diagnostic report stated that were at fault. Today, I began the repair on my vehicle. The hoses on my vehicle are not damaged. The fault is caused due to a broken connecting nozzle that is a different part and part number. The diagnosis was incorrect. QualTech was able to diagnose the issue with my S550 where Mercedes of Georgetown could not. Brandon - thanks for getting me into the shop so quickly and for the great communication.

Qual Tech is amazing! They got the tires I wanted in their store right away, they changed all four along with the spare, an alignment along with an oil and air filter change so quickly. Todd and Christian were wonderful to work with and I will definitely be back. Thank you Qual Tech!

My car broke down and I had to get it towed to a shop ASAP. QualTech upon arrival had my truck diagnosed and back on the road in a hours time! I am not sure how often this happens to others but, there it happened to me. I am truly blessed to call them my mechanic shop. Thank you very much.

Qualtech is absolutely amazing!!! Robert helped me last time with 3 cars. One of which they didn't make anymore. He spent so much time trying to find a solution and he did. Tire Rotation with Oil Change is nice! Scheduled appointment is nice! Personable service from Todd! Got referred from friend who said they prevented him having to buy new car that was being recommended by other shop.
