I've bounced around mechanics in Colorado Springs, and this is by far the best. They took care of me after a chain maintenance place nearby spilled oil on my engine, and when trying to figure out if a battery needed a warranty replacement. They've also done a tune-up and fixed air conditioning in one of my vehicles. Tom explains everything clearly and makes it a point not to force anything on you. These are the kind of people you want to be working on your vehicle!

This was the most reassuring and honest experience I have ever received when handling car troubles. I came in with a major car issue, and was absolutely wracked with nerves. Michelle and Tom gave me a call to update me on everything they found with my car, and let me think over which repairs I wanted done then. I was able to call friends and family for second opinions and go with what I thought was best in the moment. I ended up coming back for the rest of the repairs because they offered the best prices by far in all of Colorado Springs. Tom also showed me all of the old parts that he replaced on my car, explained what each part does and how it broke, and what the new parts cost him to obtain versus how much he was charging for installation and labor. From now on, I am going to use them. They are honest, affordable, and understanding.

The owners are very friendly and take care of their customers. They have great prices on their services. They did an oil change on my mom's car and checked everything else out on her car and didn't try to force other services on her car like most places do. They take care of their customers. I highly recommend them to bring your vehicle to.

The owners are some of the kindest and most honest people I've had the pleasure of working with, and it's clear that their entire business model revolves around doing right by the customer. From the moment you walk in, you can tell that they are passionate about cars and providing top-notch service. They take the time to explain every little detail, ensuring you understand exactly what's going on with your vehicle. Unlike the bigger chains, their prices are very reasonable, and you never feel like you're being overcharged or taken advantage of. One of the things that really stood out to me was how they bring out spare parts from the shop to help you visualize the issue. This hands-on approach, combined with their thorough explanations, gives you confidence that your car is in good hands. Earlier today, we went back to Quality Tech Automotive to have the brakes in our Mazda replaced after the dealership told us they needed to be changed. The team took off the wheels, inspected the brakes, and then informed us that the brakes still had another 5K to 10K miles before they needed servicing. And the best part? They didn’t even charge us for the analysis. They took really good care of me here after I bought a lemon from a Car Dealership I dare not say but prey on people with bad or no credit. I made the mistake of not getting a mechanic to look at it first! I blew my radiator after only driving my 2010 Dodge Journey after only driving it a few times in less than a month. The repair was affordable and they made sure to tell me a lot about my vehicle. These are honest people y'all!

Tom and Michelle are great!! I am always skeptical about going to any mechanic shop. As for my experience with this shop over the last two years, I am very impressed with the honesty, transparency and dedication that Tom and Michelle has to run their shop professionally and ethically with the well being of their customers coming first before thinking about profits. Compared to other shops, I have never been quoted for work that is not necessary at Quality Tech, prices have always been fair and honest, transparency with this shop has always been precise and transparent. I recommend this shop to anyone that wants a high quality, fair and transparent shop that will put customer needs first. I will continue coming to this shop for my car needs!!

Tom and Michelle are great! All of the staff are awesome. They have been so helpful. Taking my car there is also a learning experience, they both help you understand what needs to be fixed and show you the part, just need to ask!

Quality tech automotive is, in my opinion, the very best automotive repair in Colorado Springs. The shop is run by a husband and wife team who own the business and have the highest of integrity, skill and competence. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has an automobile in need of repair.

Cannot recommend Quality Tech Auto enough! Took my car in for what I thought was a bigger issue, and they diagnosed it finding it was something simple. They didn't charge me an arm and a leg and I was very impressed with their honesty and quick, old fashioned service. Will definitely return next time I need a mechanic.

It's an automotive repair shop I trust. When Thomas tells me what the problem is, he explains how the system works and why it's the repair needed. When the repair is done, he shows you the parts he replaced and where they failed.

This place is amazing. Brought my jeep there and you could see the passion they all have to help people and do the right thing. Tom even showed me the parts replaced and why they needed replacement. I decided to check out Quality Tech Automotive based on the positive reviews and my expectations were EXCEEDED! I cannot thank Michelle and Tom enough for their kindness and care. As a solo female road tripping across the country, I wanted to make sure my car was good to withstand the journey. Tom not only did his job to check everything, but taught me how to check my tire pressure and changed my oil without charging double. Michelle not only calmed me with reassurance and great tips on long car travel, but called to check in on me during travel and to make sure I arrived to my destination safely. I truly felt cared for and had no issues with my vehicle in the almost 2000 mile drive! I'm so grateful that I walked into this shop. Good people are priceless. Please do not hesitate to come here for any services, your vehicle will be well taken care of without any predatory practices or nasty attitudes!

Well established, friendly, caring , auto service , mechanic shop, quality and dependability,very nice people awesome technicians,so delivered a fuel tank to the shop , that they were replacing because gas theives drilled a hole through ,the vehicle belonged to a single mom ,I feel like these are awesome people,they don't only do it as a job ,but actually care about people and helping them
