I hate to do this with so many good reviews but my experience was a BAD roller coaster ride. I have a service agreement which reimburses me for service call and 1 hour diag. I had to give them a check for 325.00 to drive the 10 miles to me. They were supposed to call for an authorization number before any work was done but, because they took my money, they didn’t bother. Then days later they called in for the authorization and put in for the parts and labor (found out later they included an extra hour labor somewhere else to cover the diagnostic fee). Was told everything was covered and I would be getting 100 back. I should have been getting 275.00 back (less a 50.00 deductible). I called my contract people who told me Quality RV included the svc call and it was approved so Quality RV should reimburse me. Since they were paid by me in full, and didn’t tell them they already collected that amount from me, they double dipped and included in approved quote to svc agreement people without letting them know they had already collected the 325.00 from me. Called Quality RV back and I was told they included an extra hour of labor instead of a separate diagnostic fee and being honest - now, how was the svc agreement people supposed to know that?! In the end they took my 325.00 and essentially used it as a deposit to be used for unapproved charges by the service agreement. None of the services or parts were approved by me either. when I asked what wasn’t approved, Quality RV just said parts, tax, and shipping. Called svc agreement people who said it was for a remote control. I didn’t need an expensive remote. The fireplace was wrong size and we have to finish that out ourselves. Bad experience and won’t use them again. Do your due diligence!! They are nice but too shady, dishonest and crooked. Two stars because they answered the phone and showed up quickly, and Thomas worked in the freezing cold. I hope the owner reads these reviews and reaches out before this bothers me so bad that I contact the FTC.

Great service, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I have used them for several years and I have always been pleased. They are friendly and very understanding.

Nobody monitors their online portal outside business hours. They were prompted after scheduling over the phone and did a good job of fixing my problems. The technician after he was done told us three different prices. He also said the service call fee was included for the first hour but it wasn’t. We also had to go ourselves to the hardware store to get parts for him and that took about 30 minutes. That time was included in the repair bill which I thought shouldn’t have. Overall they did a great job.

Called at 9 am to make a mobile app. An 45 minutes later i had technition at my door very kind an uderstanding about my concerns. We went threw my issuses he fixed my problem an i added more work while he was there. I asked way too many questions he awnsered with a smile an i added more work. He took care of my problems an gave advice on future issuses i would be facing. Explaning some falsehoods id been givin by the salesman." From anouther company". An by noon hes was finished paid an on to the next custmer. I was left feeling very satisfied with the work done. An will be using them in the future for anything that comes up.THANK YOU. Quality, is an amazing group, that is completely different than any RV repair/detailer I have ever had service our RVs. They did not try to upsell us or change pricing. They pointed out what was needed, what was critical and what could wait. They are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Lazlow, Brian, and Jacob were amazing. Worked very hard and worked until job was completed. Would highly recommend them for rv service and detailing. Both of which they performed for me.

These folks did a great welding job on our trailer frame/ suspension. Without gouging us. They are super knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. If you have trouble with your rig, I recommend them highly!!!

Great service and the Technican was friendly and easy to talk to. He answered some questions I had. Had no issue answering the questions and he helped me understand some features that I wasn’t aware of.

AC problems; very friendly, knowledgeable, moderately fast, just very expensive!!!!!! Parts are going to be expensive in this day and time so I cannot blame them for that. The labor on the other hand is way too expensive and they charge for everything. This was a mobile repair at my house which required them to return with parts to make the repair on a second day. charged for service call on both trips. Dianostics took less than 15 min. on the first trip. Repairs were done on the second trip pretty quickly so not bad in that aspect. I just believe that at least the service call should not have been charged on the second day and at least half of diagnostics fee.

I cannot say enough good things about Quality RV Solutions and the tech who took care of us today...Thomas Seymour. The business responded quickly to our desparate call for help. All three air conditioners were not working correctly. Thomas very quickly diagnosed, gave me the options, and fixed what we agreed to today. We did not have to move the RV, which is a great plus for full time RV people, like us.

We had a check valve in our water pump go out and it caused water to back fill into our fresh water tank. Thomas came out and inspected our system and determined that the pump needed to be replaced. Luckily he had a pump on hand and was able to switch it out that afternoon. He was quick and very professional. I definitely recommend Quality RV Solutions.

Working with Thomas at Quality RV Solutions has always been a pleasure. Their mobile service is awesome. Their knowledge and communication skills and customer service attitude are the best. It’s nice to work with a mobile service that knows your vehicle and it’s uniqueness and also knows the customer preferences.

UPDATE: I have been coming to Quality RV for more than four years now, and have been very satisfied with their service, as described in my original review below. Now I need to add the personal concern and compassion that they showed to my wife and me when we were involved in a serious accident near them. They did everything that they could to help us. These are just very good people. I have tried other places for RV service, and found them lacking in competence or integrity. Quality RV Solutions has plenty of both, and are just good people. They are farther from home than other options, but I won't go anywhere else.
