This was my first experience with Quality Plus Automotive. I had purchased a new 23 Toyota Camry and needed a 60 k service. They provided me with a loaner car free. They called me after checking it out before going forward with repairs. I was very satisfied with my experience I will be using them for future servicing of my 23 Camry Eric B Chapel Hill ,NC

Had a good experience. The technician was helpful, I was really grateful to be informed that the work needed should be covered by an extended warranty, and quality plus was super helpful in working with me given my sleep issues and unavailability during the day. Communication was great and everything was as easy as possible which really helps when your circumstances are unusual Thank y'all for the cookie, it was a genuinely really lovely gesture and I enjoyed it a lot ❤️

Quality Plus has consistently done a superb job, and as a long-term customer, I have been very happy with their work. They are very customer-focused with great attention to detail and I really appreciate how well they communicate with me and keep me informed of what repairs need doing and what repairs can wait until later. Quality Plus is my go to for any car troubles I have because I know they are going to give it to me straight. If there are multiple issues, they prioritize them for me so I can space out the services if I need to. They are prompt and very communicative. I would recommend them to anyone.

Our 18 yr old son moved to Raleigh for work and school. He took his car here because his brakes were bad. They charged him 2,700.00$ for brakes, rotors and calipers on a regular car. They completely took advantage of this kid with family far out of state who had no option but to help him. Not only will I be filing a full complaint of price gouging to the authorities but will make sure my review is posted in as many places as possible. Unconscionable

Quality Plus is the best automotive maintenance and repair business in the area, in my opinion. They are respectful, honest, fair, and reasonable on their pricing. Recently, I had noticed an oil leak on my truck when washing it. I had taken it to a major chain maintenance shop and they suspected that it. was my rear main seal (😬😬😬), but would not quote or do the work because an "engine shop had to do it." Immediately, I called another shop who did that type of work, and they quoted an astronomical amount of money. I remembered that several years ago, my mother had taken my first car to Quality Plus for some repairs and they did an awesome job. I decided to reach out to them to inquire about the repair. They not only quoted a much better price, but were prompt in their response. They did a great job on my truck in a short amount of time! I then took it back for some additional repairs, in which there was a mixup in the communication on some of the work needing to be done. They were forthright and honest, communicative, and in addition to this, gave me a loaner car. When I picked up my truck, it is driving better than ever. I have already referred them to all of my friends, and personally, I will be using them for my auto service needs going forward. Thanks to Raymond and Chris for making my experience great!

Took my truck in to get a few things looked at and replaced. They went though priced everything out and I approved all the work. While servicing my rear differential they found that it needed to be replaced. Ordered in 2 replacement rear ends that were in worse shape than mine. They recommended me to a shop that could help get it rebuilt or replaced. After the rear end was finished I took my truck back to finish all the work that was originally left. Come to find out they never sent the parts back and had them there waiting for me. Everyone here is the most honest, compassionate, upfront people I have delt with in a long time. Any work I need will be done here. They keep you informed and will call and ask if if they run into an issue. Will diffently send anyone I know to them.

Customer service was excellent. I took my daughter's SUV over to the shop in Raleigh. Raymond, my service advisor was very patient explaining the things that was needed for the SUV and assured me that everything would be taken care of and in a timely manner as promised. I will be going back for my other cars needs. Job well done to the whole staff...
