Had to take my car in for some body shop work. Quality Paint and Body kept me updated throughout the process with text messages and completed the repairs on schedule. When I went to pick up the car I found that Raoul and his team had done and excellent job and the car was cleaned thoroughly (not part of the job) and looked like new. If I ever have an issue in the future I know I will go back to Quality Paint and Body. I can highly recommend them for anyone who needs body work done especially a Toyota or Lexus. Thank you Quality Paint & Body for the outstanding work and to Raoul and his team for going Above & beyond.

QPB Shop is the real deal. This was by far the easiest and most efficient repair scenario I've had to deal with. The job performed was impeccable and they were very fast and efficient! Raul is now Magic Man. He fixed up my car that looked like it was in a demolition derby and now it hardly has a dent! The insurance company totaled it but he made it almost new again! This was the easiest repair scenario I have ever experienced. They set up an appointment for me to bring my car in on a Wednesday and it was ready to pick up on the following Monday. The staff was friendly and Raul took special care in looking over the needed repairs with me. When I went to pick up my car, not only did the area of the crash look pristine, he had touched up paint or buffed out scratches on areas not part of the quote and scope of work. I was also pleased with the overall cost of the repair. I 100% recommend and will be back if I ever need this service again

Worked with my insurance to bring my car there and as soon as I walked in, they greeted me and had everything ready to go. They are very professional and organized. They did an amazing job on the repair even going above and beyond making a couple extra touchups elsewhere on the car off record. The car was also done in a few days time. Even though insurance is footing most of the bill, the repair total was very reasonable. Highly recommend taking your car here for any bodywork being done. Kudos to Raul for being so friendly and professional in assisting me.

If I could give this Body shop more than 5 stars I definitely would. I got into an accident that was not my fault. The insurance low balled us and Raul was able to call them and negotiate a higher estimate for me! The repairs were done very quickly and he over delivered - he fixed the damage from the accident and a previous dent that was not involved in the accident, and stabilized my wobbly spoiler to my Ford Mustang. When i got my car back, it felt brand new again. If you're wondering what shop to send your car to for a repair, this is where you need to send it. The reviews and service from the staff are the best value you can get.

If you want quality work. Then go-to Quality. Sent my old Jeep Wrangler with a hard to match paint color that's been discontinued and was told by other shops they couldn't do the work. Quality said Yes they could do it and after a week or two it was done to perfection. It's been 2yrs now since had the work done and no sun fading or imperfections. Sending my second vehicle to them now for paint work.

Not only did they help when hubby was in an accident, but they were on top of it for my daughter as well. Immediate service and her car looks brand-spanking new! We noticed things we didn't realize our truck originally had until we got it back from Quality! Totally recommend!

Quality Paint & Body (NOT Accredited by the Better Business Bureau) TDLR#005045080C sent truck #T1025K TDLR #8451 to tow my rear wheel drive Infiniti Q50. The tow driver, either out of spite or incompetence improperly towed the vehicle from the front, thus causing catastrophic damage to the transmission. I spoke to the owner, and he admitted that he was "very well aware" that his driver towed the vehicle from the front and that it would cause damage to the transmission. When I picked up the vehicle, no one told me about this. When I told the owner that they need to own up to their huge mistake and fix my transmission, he refused and said that when I picked up the vehicle I "signed the paper"; therefore, he does not have to fix it. This is not only a competency issue but an integrity one too.

From the moment that they picked up my car at the scene of the accident to the day I got my car back, the experience was absolutely outstanding. Raul promised me that my car would be ready by 02/15/24, but to my surprise it was ready by 02/02/24. When I got the car back, it was as if nothing happened. The car looked perfect. Then, after a day or two, I noticed that my blind spot sensors weren't working properly. They came TO MY WORK to pick up the car and try to correct it. It turned out that I needed new sensors. They ordered them for me, came back to my work to pick up my car and have the new sensors installed. No inconvenience for me at all! They brought it back to me and over apologized for the back and forth. They took ownership of the problem and got it fixed. The owner himself, Brent, came in and dropped off my keys and apologized again. They really felt bad about it, but I was perfectly happy with everything. I hope I never have another wreck, but if I do, Quality will be there for her. Thank you guys for everything!
