Awesome people from the mechanic to the owner of the company very nice people and went above and beyond to get the parts and did a awesome job on getting us fixed to their ability and even told us to call another shop that could help finish the repair

Do not do business with this company. I have been screwed over 2 times now. 1st time was a year ago, $1,700 to change a trailer air bag and the truck was less than 2 miles away from their shop. Decided today to give them a 2nd chance and called to have a serpentine belt changed. I gave the dispatcher the part info for the belt, and the vin # to the truck. $150 call out fee, technician drove an hour to the truck without parts to “Diagnose the problem”. Then could not find a belt anywhere in San Diego County??? Now the technician drove an hour back to the shop. Drive time is $199/hr, which is insane to begin! They tried to charge me a diagnostic fee also which was taken out of the bill because I diagnosed the problem within the 1st 2 minutes of calling them. Basically, I was charged over $450 for them to tell me a belt was out of stock.

Jan and her team are always there to help us with maintaining our fleet. They keep our truck and trailers safe to be on the road and ready to run when needed. The mobile option is great it saves us time and money.

We had a truck break down at a delivery location in San Diego recently with a major air leak and a busted brake chamber. The driver had a another pick up to make. Bringing the truck to a shop would mean we would probably miss the next load. We called Quality Mobile Fleet Services and they had an expert technician, Ethan, on site by the time the truck was unloaded. The service writer, Miriam, was very helpful in understanding our situation and getting our Freightliner Cascadia back on the road as quickly as possible. Very professional company. I highly recommend them.

I had a breakdown on Friday 11/10/23 and they came out to my truck on I-8... It was my radiator, therfore I had to have my truck towed to their shop. They are closed on Saturday and Sunday, but they made an exception and came in just to work on my truck. The mechanics name was Chris. Because of some cooler plugs, I had to wait until Monday. This place in my opinion was awesome. They went above and beyond and that's all that I could have asked for. Thank you Quality Fleet Mobile!!!!

Beware of this company the owner will leave your business a bad review if you leave them a review. Called them b/c my coolant leaked. Waited 4-5hrs for them to arrive. ETA I was given was 30mins-2hrs. No update on eta until I called 2hrs and 20 mins after initial call. Told me new eta 30mins -50 mins. Called back 1hr later. New eta 15-40 mins. Arrived 1 hr later just to tell me he could not diagnose the problem but I should be good to drive from San Diego to Riverside. Charged $199 just for showing up even those I was only 15mins away from their main office. Total cost for letting me know they didn’t know what was wrong with my truck $340.89. I’d think they’d only charge the diagnosis fee if they actually found the problem. I didn’t mind paying the fee for showing up because I get you gotta pay your workers but another $140 to send me on my way with no resolution after waiting 5 hrs seems unreasonable. Called back to ask why I was quoted $240 but charged $340 got told they’d call me back. Never received a call back. It’s been 3 days. Btw truck heated up on my way back home. Took to my mechanic he found the problem right away and fixed my truck for $320 including the cost off parts replaced.

Jan and her lead mechanic were excellent. They got our Volvo in the shop promptly and got it diagnosed and repair faster and less expensive than the other shops we were quoted. I fully recommend their commitment to helping companies and people that are in need . Eric Z

Thumbs up to these guys. I’m from out of town and was looking for somewhere to repair my semi my front end and radiator was busted and I was able to find them. I’m glad I went with them they were quick and were able to get me on the road fast. High recommended definitely will be keeping their number if I need them again when i travel down south

We had a truck lose power at a receiver, and called them for assistance with a jump start. The mechanic was there in less than an hour and got our truck started and back on the road. Quick and efficient, would use them again.
