It was a great experience. He came to location I sent him to check the car issue. He diagnosed the issue and fix the car. He offer multiple options; for instance, Checking budget. He worked 5 hours outside of my house (in cold weather) to fix the car. I highly recommend him.

This mechanic named Roberto is a very fair, well knowledge and professional mechanic that loves his job. You can’t find this type of mechanics in this day of age. He performed a tuneup on my Dodge Durango for a very reasonable price. I will definitely reach out to him for other mechanical issues.

Great, friendly mechanic who knows what he is doing! Called and within a couple hours he was able to come to my apartment complex and fix my water pump. Quality work done with no problems. One of the best mechanics in the game with 18 years of experience. I have a 2013 accord. I needed my engine gaskets and spark plug tube seals replaced. Most shops were over charging for this, so I decided I may try mobile mechanics. Most mobile mechanics I reached out to had lackluster communication. When I reached out to Roberto at Quality Mobile Auto Repair, the communication was **excellent** . He spoke directly, to the point, was able to ascertain the scope of work immediately and on top of all that, gave an excellent price. During the procedure, his 18 years of experience and skills were evident by how properly & carefully he carried out the steps. He also provided a level of care to my vehicle that has never been provided by any brick and mortar mechanic shop. He even offered to clean down my engine bay after doing the original fix. I ended up voluntarily paying more than what we agreed on because of the excellent job he did. If you opt to meet up - instead of Quality Mobile Auto Repair coming to you, just be aware you may have to bring a jacket for the winter time, or dress appropriately for the summer time. But these are non issues, because Quality Mobile Auto Repair truly lives up to it's name. If you're dissuaded by the amount of google reviews (as of June 2024) - don't be. Roberto is an excellent and knowledgeable mechanic and I am confident the review page will be filled with 5 star reviews in no time, as his business will inevitably exponentially grow. I plan to recommend his services to my network of people.

Had a great experience where complicated electrical problem with my Honda odyssey window was diagnosed quickly by Quality Mobile Auto Repair and repaired on the spot with parts he himself provided. Customer service was excellent and he explained what he was doing and why to keep me informed. He also inflated my tires that I had been inflating too low (was misreading the pounds needed) and provided an estimate on the spot for another item on my wish list to repair. Excellent communication about when he would be ready to receive the car. Polite, friendly, and competent with reasonable rates - what more could you ask for?
