Had my battery die in the mall parking lot. Brian was closing up shop but still helped me push the car in and get it going again. He is very knowledgeable and honest. I will be bringing my car to him for repairs in the future.

Thank you for your hard work. Very thorough., timely, and great communication. The most honest mechanic we have ever had. We always thought go to dealers for “best” service. But they only work off of codes that your vehicle gives them and don’t look at any other possible problems or rule out other problems. Will thorough may not always be the cheapest option but it is gonna be the best option for your vehicle in the long run. We know a lot of people in area and would 100% recommend them to bring their vehicle to him

Stay away from this shop. He wanted us to fly home out of state and leave the vehicle for him to work on it. Told us of 2 other vehicles he needed more time to fix, that he now has title to. Shop is a total mess, he won’t accept credit card payments because he knows customers will dispute charges because he wants to talk about all his knowledge but actually doesn’t have the ability to fix it. He charges you like he’s fixing it. I almost didn’t post this because I’m sure he’ll respond with verbal abuse. But please believe us, stay away from this shop if you need any real mechanical work done.

I bought tires from Brian for my newly bought jeep wrangler, and he helped me with some inspections. Brian explained and went through everything with me whether it was necessary or not to fix. He is one of the MOST honest mechanics and fair with the price. Even better he helped me find parts to save my money and advised me what to watch out for in future. You are not only getting professional vehicle repairs, but also saving money and learning about preventative maintenance. Highly recommended!

I stopped at this shop at Mentor mall because my low pressure light came on. Brian checked all my tires and filled the one that was low. He was very professional and very pleasant. Brian demonstrates great customer service and I recommend this establishment to everyone. Thanks again Brian!

Im from out of town and was having truck issues today. Called Brian and he got me into his shop very quickly. Quickly diagnosed the situation, gave me a few different options and got me back on the road in less than 3 hrs. A great place to get your car or truck worked on very professional quality work. I had my truck worked on there my suv I'm from South Bend Indiana. I will recommend. Anyone that I come across it? Any auto-repair or truck repair to him? Very honest and l Loyal guy independently. I had some. Upper control arms put on my truck oil. Change, this guy is phenomenal. I will recommend him to anyone. I was very displeased with the service they were very rude and short when discussing the issues of my truck I can’t get anyone on the phone to follow up with my vehicle I’ve worked as a advisor myself and I’ve never seen this level of disrespect in the automotive world I do not recommend and they will not receive my business my car is current sitting at Chevy in Willoughby hills and they are already handling the situation with care opposed to this repair facility at this point in time no need to reach back out the manager is something else

Amazing work, I was scammed by a diesel repair guy on the city’s east side and I found this guy, as soon as he looked at it he instantly knew the problem and also pointed out what the other guy did wrong. I 💯 recommend him to anybody I know. He’s going to get the job done the right way the first time around!

Brian is a very helpful and Knowledgeable mechanic. I came to him for a diesel exhaust issue with my 2021 gmc Sierra duramax with a def system issue. Brian was able to see my truck the very next day and quickly diagnosed what the issue was and told me it was most likely covered under my power train warranty and got me headed in the right direction! Being a great mechanic and working on all motors is incredible but his level of honesty and customer service is the best! He’s an honest guy and I will definitely use him in the future and I highly recommend him to anyone!

Brian is extremely knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile for his customers. He's also honest, which is hard to come by in mechanics today. He will solve any issue, regardless of how unique. The job he did on my 2012 Smart took a lot of problem solving skills. He was also way more reasonable and helpful than my previous mechanic, who wanted double to do something that wasn't even necessary. I would recommend Brian to everyone.

During this past week's bad whiteout and bad roads, my wipers quit working. I pulled into the mall and spotted Quality Gas and Diesel Repair. The owner, Brian, was able to fix my car in a timely manner at a very reasonable price. He went above and beyond in his customer service. Brian is very friendly guy. He helped me out of a jam when I couldn’t find any repair shop with openings to fix my van. Repair shops are booked 2-3 weeks out. He was able to fixed my van and get it back to me in timely manner when he had other jobs already. So I recommend Quality Gas & Diesel for good service!

My box truck broke down three times on the way home one day. When I finally did arrive at home I started calling diesel mechanics they were all three weeks out. Brian called me back within 20 minutes and said he could see me the same day. Even though he was dealing with a family tragedy he knew my business couldn't survive being down 3 weeks. He got to the bottom of it and fixed it. He's a great guy good mechanic and obviously cares. Thanks Brian
