My wife’s car needed some minor body work due to a deer hit. As always the team at QC was quick and did an EXCELLENT job! Meghan was super polite to my wife who even commented on the service she got! It have used them for 15 years and will continue to do so.

Called after hitting a deer & the next day we were able to drop off the car. We picked up a FREE rental from their lot that we weee able to use the entire time it took to get the car back. (About 10 days) our car was even better looking than before the crash as they upgraded to a better grill! Very happy with the service & quality of work. Highly recommend!

Best place in town. Very reasonable price at a reasonable time frame. Friendly, kind and honest customer service. I was recommended this place by a family friend. I would definitely recommend this place to any Duluthian or guests outta town! Posting some pics and they will speak for themselves how amazing this place is! Update; Could not find a way in this google review to add pics 🤔 Wife wrecked her driver’s side door and mirror. Nothing salvageable. They fixed a new door and mirror in a week! They found a door unit for her Audi Q7 2017 model with all the gimmicks and the matching upgrades, she has on her car. Thank you Quality Collision!

Had driven my 2020 Subaru ascent through road tar on Jean Duluth Road. Got tar all both sides and all over the back it would look just horrible. Dropped it off at quality collision and the guys took great care of. It looks like Brand New!!!what a great job thank you. Thanks for the great job and great service!! Would highly recommend them. They claimed they fixed multiple parts on my car and charged for them but didn’t not replace them. They plastic welded my windshield washer tank and charged for a new one. They in stalled aftermarket parts with missing components and charged for oem. They gave me the vehicle back with a bent strut and a dent in my door. They butt spiced wire harness and charged for a whole new harness also tried to hide it with electrical tape. They have very poor communication. Extremely poor craftsmanship and they cut a lot of corners. I would not recommend this shop. They used to be a good shop until they were bought out.

I had dented my bumper and stopped into Quality Collision. Within a matter of hours, the estimate was in, and they had my vehicle fixed within a week! Having a loaner car was also a huge help while mine was in the shop! Thank you!

I loved working with Quality Collision and highly recommend anyone to use their services. They completed my auto body repair quickly, and when I went to pick up my vehicle, I was pleasantly surprised that they also cleaned the inside of my vehicle. It was not terribly messy, but to have my care so shiny and perfect on the outside and on the inside was wonderful. Again, if I ever need repair to my vehicle, I will go back to Quality Collision!

I’m completely satisfied with the work they did to my truck after I hit a deer. They went above and beyond to get the truck delivered to them, they finished the job faster than any other place could and it looks absolutely perfect! Everyone was friendly and they detailed the inside of the truck for me as well. Zero complaints and I give them a 10 out of 10.

Our car had a unfortunate incident with an overhead garage door that closed unexpectedly, knocking off a tail-light assembly that spans the width of the tailgate. It was badly scratched, requiring body-colored paint on the assembly. Quality Collision resprayed the assembly and remounted it. The metal-flake finish and color match was perfect - something that is quite difficult to do. The price was quite reasonable - and in fact less than I had expected. The people there are helpful and courteous. Quality Collision has a number of 5 star reviews both here and elsewhere. Our experience matches that. We are very pleased and are happy to recommend this business.

Sent my 12 Traverse here after getting side swiped. Quality did an outstanding job fixing the damage done by the other driver and putting the car back in my hands just the way it was before it was hit. Someone backed into my car, and he wanted to get it repaired without going through insurance. These folks made that happen and it was smooth and seem less. It took a while to get all the parts, but that wasn't their fault and they were communicative throughout the down time while we waited for parts to come in. They never were bothered by my calls to check in on the status. Once everything was in, my car was in and out quickly. Excellent work, no complaints.
