Russ and the service team at Quality are stand up people. I never feel pressured to have more work done. I’ve dealt with multiple dealerships in the area over the years and Quality has the best service team in the Alton area hands down.

Got a warm welcome from the service staff, Terry. Was kept up to date on progress. Service staff completed the work in a timely manner. Tra saw me and asked me if every thing was going smoothly The sales staff was very friendly.

This was my second time getting my Cadillac XT5 serviced at Quality. Everyone was kind, helpful, and courteous. I felt comfortable and taken care of. And I especially liked the clean car returned to me. Thanks to all!

Less than 10 PSI of air in my tire after a 1500 dollar bill. By the way they had to drive at least 15 miles to put the repair thru a final test run. Previously had truck there to redo brakes, calipers, brake line and two front steering arms what ever they told me 2500 plus dollars. 6months later after front tires were low on air I noticed tires balding on the toe in in the front of truck. Just had tires rotated before repair. They never did an alignment check. New tires from NTB, warranty didn't cover. 600 plus dollars loss there. I recon this is the last time I use quality Buicks service. Don't expect me to buy my new truck from there either. Rip off

Quality Cadillac is TOP TIER! And my service advisor, Terry is THE BEST! They are always professional and courteous. I will not take my truck to no other Cadillac dealership but them.

Tra was awesome and was very patient in helping us find the car with everything our daughter wanted. He was very polite and went the extra mile to make sure any question or concern we had was addressed. It was a long day, not but worth it in the end. Our daughter is very happy with her new Envista!

I am so impressed with how well I was taken care of by Quality Auto Services! For the price I paid, the quality went above and beyond including a complimentary car wash and even my floor mats were vacuumed too. So so impressed and will definitely be returning for my next service!

Quality was great when I needed a tire and was in a time crunch. I came in one afternoon, using my spare. They ordered my new tire and had it delivered and on my car by 10:00 the next morning. They were pleasant to deal with and I would recommend this service department to anyone.
