They are all professional their. Jim the owner is a nice person and fair at his pricing. I've been satisfied with the service I have gotten with my car! It's kind of a small waiting area space when your waiting on yr car to be fixed could use improvement there. Other than that a great place to take your car!

NEVER and I mean NEVER but a car from Charlie he said this car had nothing wrong with it I went there and checked it out he lied about having the echeck paper and some of the stuff he was saying was sounding so sketchy but I had no option as I’m a single mom and just had to take his word iv only had this car less than 30 days and it’s broke down on me 3times !!! Over heating the parking break is bad also the The back caliber is stuck in the rotors are bad. He totally played me and I kept asking him if the car was good because I really just need something safe for my daughter. I showed him a video of what the car sounded like yesterday and let him know all this and he just left me on read the cars just sitting on a street bc I couldn’t afford another tow since all my money has been going to this car . I’m in the process of taking this to court I have no other option

Jimmy and his team are absolutely 💯 the most honest and trust worthy shop in Cleveland. I was recommended here by a good friend, and I'm so grateful 🙏 to have stopped in today. Did sublet work for Gerber's Collision in North Olmsted. R&I Engine assembly. Cracked idler pulley, broken CV axle, RTV on exhaust pipes, leaking refrigerant, coolant lines laying on moving engine parts, and more. Complete hacks.

SOLID DUDES. THEY CAN BE TRUSTED. THEY DON'T TRY TO SELL YOU SERVIVES YOU DON'T NEED. THEY CHARGE FAIR PRICE AND HAVE NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES WITH THERE WORK. THEY DON'T HAVE A FANCY BUILDING AND ARE KIND OF HIDDEN. HOWEVER THRU WORD OF MOUTH FROM HAPPY CUSTOMER THEY ARE ALWAYS BUSY.
