I went in to their shop in April because my vsc lights were on and there was a vroooom noise coming from the engine. I told Doyle that I also wanted a tune up done. He charged about 750.00 dollars for the tune up and he said they went in and reset everything, the lights were off and the engine was not making that vrooom noise so I was happy, on July 22 2024, the vsc lights came back on again, the engine and everything was running fine but the lights have come back on. I went back and told him that I had been in his shop around March, April or may, I could not remember, so he went back in his computer and estimated that I was there in April for a tune up but made no mention of the vsc lights, so I guess he wants me to bring my car back in and pay twice??? I will not go back and pay twice to have another computer reset to get the lights to go put and stay out.

Great shop, great people! Here for work for the summer, had a issue with my car, found them on google maps and even though they were extremely busy, got me in the next day and picked up my car the following. Beyond fair rates and highly recommend!!

Doyle provided an oil change brake check and tire rotation for my RAV4. The work was done quickly and for a reasonable price! I will definitely use this shop for any future service/repairs. Great work and very friendly.

This is our third visit and the quality assurance and precision of the job is beyond reproach. I had both valve cover gaskets replaced and the metal AC lines replaced. During the repair they cleaned the engine as should be done for any oil or fluid leak, but sadly most shops do not. Doyle and Dustin run a tight ship. Do yourself a favor and have them work on your car. You will not be disappointed. Quick, efficient, quality and pride in their work. You can pay more or you can pay less but no one can match their quality of work or friendliness! I come out of the auto repair business and know what I am talking about.

I called for a quote. The guy was nice. He wanted to charge me $490 for a 4 hour job to keep my vehicle for 2 days. One day to repair and another day to ensure there was not any additional leaks. Granted I purchased my own parts. Per research, with parts and labor it should only cost me around $355 to $446 on average. While I appreciated the thoroughness, I believe additional leaks can be checked the same day of repair. I really wanted them to do the work because they got good reviews. But I needed my vehicle back the same day, so that I could get to work and take care of my daily duties and I felt the charge was a bit excessive, especially when I had my own parts. Thank you for your detailed explanation. Quality is my priority over fast service. I have always dealt with 4 star plus mechanics. Even if it takes 6.5 hours, it still leaves 1.5 to do a test drive and to check to see for other leaks etc. When I called you, I had already done my homework and purchased both manifolds. So please believe me that when I make my call I am listening to see if what you are quoting matches. And you didn't match. But it is ok. Y'all still are 5 star. You only got a three because you lacked on the quote part. But you were courteous and I appreciated that.

By far the best experience I've had with anyone who has worked on my car. Quality Auto made my car run like it's brand new, something I thought was impossible. The employees are incredibly professional and personable and prices are very reasonable. I wouldn't trust anyone else to work on my vehicles after this experience! Easily a 5 star rating.

Don't let it's appearance fool you, there is a reason these people have been in business for so long. If you're looking for a trustworthy place to have your automobile inspected or serviced then look no further. It's not often that you find yourself in a place that seems like they genuinely care about you AND your vehicle. Just goes to show you that small businesses trump corporate ones any day of the week.

These guys were such a help. I’m a broke busy college student who depends on having transportation. I called them and within a little over 24 hours they had my car fixed. They were very fair on the price to fix my car. If your car needs some work and you want your car quickly fixed for a reasonable price, you’ve gotta go to these guys.

Been going to Quality Auto Repair for four years and I'll never go to another auto shop again! I go to them for oil changes, tire rotations, state inspections, and whenever my car starts acting up. They have always been professional and have done the work in a timely manner and the costs are pretty reasonable.
