I went to Quality Auto Repair because a friend had highly recommended the shop to me. They did a complete check of what could be causing the problem, and more than one mechanic gave an assessment. I appreciated the honesty, and the fact that they did not give me any false information to try to make money – this is a place I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an excellent, reliable shop!

Used google to find state inspection near me and Quality Auto Repair came up, and very glad it did because they got me in right away. Very friendly service and had a great conversation with the owner/operator. Thanks again for a great experience.

Quality Auto corrected a un-diagnosed problem brake problem from a another shop and fixed the problem correctly so my vehicle was safe and back to factory standards. They completed the work in the estimated time frame and for a fair quoted price. The work was completed 6 months ago and everything is still 100%. They do it right the 1st time and stand by their service.

Tire installation was done correctly and on time and at a very reasonable price. I'm a fairly accomplished DYI mechanic. So, on those rare occasions when I'm in a repair shop, I like to speak with the staff or owner to get a good feel for the type of operation they run. Based on my discussion with the owner, I feel very good about this establishment. Their labor rates are very fair and their parts mark-ups are below the industry average. This is the type of shop that will only do what is necessary to your car to get it back on the road. They will only suggest routine maintainance work (brake bleeds, etc) if the work is consistent with the manufacturers recommended intervals or (as applicable) below tolerances, etc. The waiting room is a nice size, clean, has confortable furniture and open to natural light. The mechanics bays are clean, organized and well outfitted with lifts and professional mechics tools and other equipment. The owner and staff (observered) are knowledgable of their craft and courteous to their customers. Overall, high marks for this shop.
