They might be good at whatever they do but they messed my car up. I went in to get an interlock put in my car. I left with an ignition starter error light on. The guy said it’ll go away when it gets removed from my car. He even assured me that it happened to someone else with the same care as me. So fast forward to when it’s supposed to come out and the light doesn’t come off. The same guy was confused about what light I was talking about as if he wasn’t the one who drove my car to the front. I saw the light as soon as I turned the car on so I know he saw it. So I asked him what is this and he clearly didn’t know because he had to check google. He clicked on the 1st linked and said it was the battery. So the battery gets changed and the light is still on. They didn’t know what they were doing and messed my car up. I can’t be too mad because I was the one who needed the interlock device. But I do know my car didn’t have any errors until I came to this place.

We have been doing business with Brian for around 15 years, he has always been honest & I have never needed to return my vehicle for any work done. My 24 year old vehicle is still running happily because of the care taken by the crew at Qualified Automotive... Women, tired of being run around by weasels - please go see Brian - it will be the best move you ever make with your cars. Had Qualified replace my motor and transmission on my '98 Chevy six months ago, so happy new life to my wonderful old truck. Everything running strong and no problems. They took the time to put all of the wiring harnesses back cleanly. Definitely 5 stars! UPDATE: Almost 5 years to the day when I hady motor and transmission replaced and my Tahoe is still running like a top! Still getting compliments when I have to visit another mechanic in a different state about what a beautiful job they did on the replacement. Additionally, last year we did a bunch of suspension work, in particular the drivers and passenger side upper and lower ball joints. While in Yuma I was told they would all need to be replaced along with the sway bar to the tune of $1,600. Called Brian and asked how that was possible with only 8k miles since the work was done & he said not likely and to get an alignment until I could return to Vegas... Turns out it was the passenger side upper and lower ball joints that needed replaced, Brian replaced them without charge although I was past the warranty. Thank you Brian! Love & appreciate you 🌞

Came in as a referral from a family friend. Needed an oil change and front breaks. They were able to get everything done and I was able to get on my way confident the work was done right and safely. The price was fair and felt I was getting a true value for the work. The waiting room was well appointed and Brian was excellent at keeping me informed about the process of the repairs. Will be going again for any further work on my vehicle.

This shop gave me the run around for almost two months, the mechanic stated he was driving my vehicle and it was fine but it wasn’t. After three weeks of me calling to get a diagnosis, the diagnosis kept changing from the vehicle needing a starter to the vehicle needing a timing belt. My vehicle was never fixed and the excuse was the mechanic didn’t feel like being on hold with the warranty company because they have along hold time. I ended up getting my vehicle towed to a more professional mechanic this shop damaged the rear of my vehicle

I've been going to Brian's place here since I moved here 2 years ago. To be upfront their customer care, their attentiveness to your needs, and their efficient and fair pricing will leave you floored. They have never done more than I've asked or tried to once screw me over. They are legitimate and will never lie to you to make a quick buck which in Vegas is everything, they deserve the reputation they have, and they'll prove to you that they deserve your business in the best way that a business proves such a thing, consistency.
