Excellent work and got it done in a timely manner. The reason I’m writing this review is they cleaned up the engine bay. The thing looks like it’s brand new in there almost. Will definitely use them again.

STAY AWAY! Take your car anywhere but here! We brought my Chrysler Pacifica in for break pads/rotors and a new head light. While they had it they let us know it needed a new auxiliary battery and spark plugs. We agreed. After we picked up the vehicle, we hadn’t made it 20 miles before my temperature gauge started to bounce from cool to hot. I immediately pulled over and checked the coolant. It was bone dry! When we brought the van back to QSA, they spent 3+ hours scrambling around the shop (without ever bringing my van into a bay) before telling me “we aren’t sure what’s wrong. You should take it to a dealership.” Then cut me a refund check for $500 without even being asked. Seemed suspicious but who am I to argue with a $500 check?? Mind you, the work we had done was over $1,200.00 We did in fact take it to a dealership. They found that when the spark plugs were replaced, QSA had cause a leak which allowed the coolant to leak down into the engine rendering it USELESS! The only way to resolve the problem would have been to spend $12,000.00 on a brand new engine. The van was only valued at $13k. So quail springs automotive essentially totaled my van!!! When I called them back to let them know what happened, the manager already knew all about my van (I’m assuming the mechanics knew the screwed up and shared in advance) however they did not offer to make it right. We are currently working with a lawyer to sue for the $12k in damages, which ultimately resulted in us h I h to purchase a new van (45k later). On top of all that, while I was waiting in their lobby for three hours, I got to listen how awful and disrespectful the mechanics are. They laughed and bragged about doing a tune up on a high end vehicle that didn’t need it because “if that man is dumb enough to ask for it, I’ll gladly take his money” So performing unnecessary work and taking advantage of customers. Not to mention they were dismissive and rude to every female that walked in the door but greeted every single man like an old best friend. Take your car somewhere else! These guys are incompetent crooks!!!

Amazingly fast repair service! Honest estimate and only did the work that was needed so the bill was less than the estimate. We will definitely use them in the future.

After 3 weeks in the shop and a new carburetor and fuel pump I had my friend pick up vehicle it stalled on the road and had to tow it back home , what a disappointment. All I asked for was to make sure it ran right . Waste of money and time

After my local shop shut down, I didn't really have a place to take my vehicles. A buddy of mine recommended this place because they were honest and fair. And that's exactly been my experience. Always friendly in person and over the phone. And they're very prompt to give you a call with the diagnosis. Definitely recommend this place.

Agree with all of the 5 star reviews below! Highly, highly recommend Keith and the guys at Quail Springs Auto! I took a Tesla Model Y to them recently for an alignment after being turned away by numerous other local shops (cough Firestone) and they had me in spec and back on the road same morning (had an appt) and at a very reasonable price. Friendly and no non-sense as well, my kinda dudes. You guys are the best!

Friendly helpful service! Took great care with my Audi and I loved dealing with them even if it wasn't under the best circumstances (when is suspension work ever under good circumstances though) Would definitely take my car here again if it ever needs anything else.

Just moved in from out of state and decided to go with Quail Springs Automotive to take care of my CV axle on my work vehicle. I told them I needed it done as soon as they could (time is money in my job) and dropped off the vehicle around 9 am and got a call that it was done around 3 which is amazing for that type of repair and having no notice. I'm definitely coming back for all my repairs and maintenance.

When I went there to get my car checked, they just kept telling me they can’t check it today. They also said that I need to leave the car over there in the morning. Without knowing what’s going to happen, how can I do that? I understand that they are busy but they should have told me to schedule an appointment or something.

2nd time, clean shop, straight up, will answer questions. 3rd, 4th, these guys are the best at they at what they“do” but they will you find a specialists that has the expertise needed. Needless to say they are Honest that won’t take your $ then then tell you. They have my trust and respect.

A honest car repair shop is a gem. I brought mine in for a general check up before a roadtrip, which usually a shop will find something to fix so they can make some money. Quail Springs Auto handed the keys back to me, said nothing was needed and charged me nothing. How refreshing. I'll be a customer for life

Fast and honest work. No run around or wanting to quote you for a million different things they find wrong. Asked for a solution to one thing on my car and they fixed it. As a woman I always struggle worrying about how a mechanic will act/treat me and they were wonderful and kind. I was back on the road with no issues next day.

I brought my car in to find out what was causing a rattling noise. The friendly yet busy workers here fixed the issue and re-calibrated my tire pressure for free. The wait was about 3 hours but they did a great job.

These guys are pretty great. Brought in a 4Runner that wouldn't start. Guys spent three hours diagnosing. It had to go to a dealer for repair but they didn't charge me for the diagnostic.
