On 12/19/2024, I delivered my transmission for my 2013 Porsche Panamera V6 RWD, Pearl White, Platinum Edition, for repair. Eight to nine days later, a tow company delivered the car to the same location. I met the manager, Justin Bradlye who told me he would start working on my car after the holidays. I paid $2,000 upfront for the job with my AMEX. Personally, I didn’t like paying before any work was done, but I proceeded because another manager, Mike (district manager), quoted me $2,000 for the entire job, including swapping the transmission and programming. I provided all the necessary fluids and parts, including the transmission. Weeks went by, and each week Justin told me the car would be ready the following Saturday, but it never was. They couldn't find anyone to program the car, and even though I tried to help by suggesting people who could do the job, it wasn’t my responsibility. I continued to follow up, and finally, I got Mike on the phone. He reassured me that my car would be finished by Saturday, 01/25/2025. However, nothing happened, and to make matters worse, Mike blocked my number. On 01/27/2025, I went to the shop and saw both Justin and Mike there. Mike approached my car and told me that the transmission I provided was broken. I found this hard to believe after 5-6 weeks of delays. I confronted him about not answering my calls, and he just laughed. I then told him that at least I knew what he looked like, since I had never met him before. At that point, he started yelling at me to get out of my car. I noticed he had a gun on his belt. I was scared and left immediately. This situation has been unprofessional and distressing. After all this time, they are now claiming that the transmission I provided was broken. I have reported the incident to the DMV and BBB (Better Business Bureau). I’ve requested my car back, a full refund, and the return of my original transmission and the one I provided. Please, people, do not do business with them. I have already contacted FOX News Las Vegas, and soon you’ll be seeing this story on FOX5 News with Dave Hall. Today is 01/31/2025 now you can see pictures, they are charged me storage fee $325.00 its gonna be good news on FOX5.

Always make smog easy. Can’t beat the 9.99 price for smog. I was out of fluid they help me to fill it up. Great service always courteous.

Don't have any service done here. Mechanics are carless and it's a potential hazard. All I wanted was an oil change and a smog. Price wasn't an issue, the issue was it took them 3.5 nearly 4 hours to do the services. After waiting in the lobby for about 10 minutes I begin to smell cigarettes, then I realize the mechanics working on the cars hovering over the engine with flammable liquids are smoking. After noticing the they are smoking while hovering over my engine I begin to question how competent these people are. The outside of the garage is littered with cigarette butts everywhere and I felt compelled to call the fire department before something happens. Aside from the cigarettes, while my oil was being changed they spilled oil all over my engine and have the nerve and audacity to tell me I have a few leaks. I'm like... bro I watched you do this, you got oil all over my engine so much so my engine started smoking while burning the spilled oil. Go somewhere else, pay the extra dollar so that this doesn't happen to you.

I needed to get a smog certificate for my vehicle. Went to Purfect Auto Services #888 and got Smog Certificate for $9.99. Quick service at a great price and excellent service.

Went there to get a smog. Not crowded if you get there when they open at 8am. Pretty quick service. The price is always $9.99, and we've been going there for years. If you want an inexpensive smog, you should go there.

Please do not take your car here. I am writing this review to encourage people not to waste their time and money getting their vehicle serviced at this shop. A few weeks ago my husband took my car here to get a smog check and see why the check engine light was on in my car. At first they tried to upsell my husband $3,000 worth of services. My car is on the older side and is only worth about $6,000 total. Then they said the least it could be repaired for to pass a smog check would be around $1,000. We ended up moving forward with that option. This interaction happened around 9:00AM and they told my husband the car would be ready in about 3-4 hours and they would call him when we could pick it up. At 2PM we still hadn't heard from them so my husband called to ask about the status of the car, they informed him that they had 'ordered the wrong part' and had to reorder the correct one (they did not call to inform us of the delay) which had just arrived and that the car would be ready for pick up at 4:30PM. My husband and I are both service industry workers and I work a late shift, I start at 5PM. That is why we dropped the car off so early in the morning assuming, as quoted, it would be ready in time for me to get to work on time. After my husband informed me of this I called the shop back myself to confirm the car would be ready and to let them know I had work that evening so hopefully they would understand the importance of the repair being done at 4:30PM to ensure I would not be late for work. The man I spoke to instead of being apologetic for the delay was rude and condescending, he said he had already told my husband it would be ready at 4:30PM and spoke to me in a brusque and annoyed tone. Assuming the repair would be done on time, again as promised my husband and I arrive back at the shop at 4:30PM. They then inform my husband that THEY BROKE the serpentine belt on my car getting it down from the lift and not only would my car not be ready for ANOTHER 20 MINUTES but THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE US FOR THE BELT. He said 'usually we charge $85' but would 'give us a deal and only charge is $28 for the belt repair'. I would again like to stress they never called to update us on any of the repair problems they were having and made mistakes TWICE, by ordering the wrong part first AND snapping the belt with their carelessness. So not only did taking my car here cost me money for their mistakes by them forcing me to pay for their incompetency but also cost me an hour of wages since I was ultimately late to work. The absolute lack of professionalism and customer service at this shop is astounding. Please save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Not a fan of being ripped off. I do take some responsibility for not shopping around, but charging $551 for a battery replacement is crazy. Taking advantage of my lack of knowledge by saying our batteries are not cheap and highest quality when it’s an autozone brand that cost $215 is deceptive. I’ve been there several times and never had any problems, but this time was full of fraudulent statements and red flags. My assumption would be new owner. Buyer beware.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. BIG SCAM. They charged my friend for an oil change that was never complete, we have pictures of the dirty filter less than an hour after. They also told her the water pump was leaking, absolutely wasn't. And on top of that wanted to charge $150 extra to swap a serpentine belt that would have ALREADY BEEN TAKEN OFF WITH THE NOT FAULTY WATER PUMP. Your shop is predatory and scammers like you give the rest of us a bad name. I hope you go out of business and step on a Lego.

DO NOT bring your car to this shop; l've been going to them for years and recently discovered that they've never done any of the services that they charged me for. The most recent was an oil change, they never changed my oil, nor my filter, and I have photos to Prove it as well. They also tried to take advantage of me telling them I was going out of town so they tried to say my water pump was leaking and serpentine belt needed to be replaced, I immediately took it to a different shop who told me l in fact did not need a new water pump, nor serpentine belt, and showed me how dirty my filter and oil were. I called the shop back and spoke to a manager by the name of Justin, who did not want to help me and insisted that they have changed my oil and filter even after I told him I had picture proof that they did not. Dirty filter picture-taken 30 mins after service at Purrfect Auto Ft Apache. Not even any fingerprints on it, not even the decency to pretend to have change it by wiping it off. But Justin the manager insists they changed it. There was also an older lady in line in front of me, who was also complaining about a service she had got done there, and her car was already broken down. The slimy sales man dressed in a button up and glasses kept telling her that she's paying for quality but she insisted it was not quality since her car was not driveable. These guys are HUGE rip offs, and not backed by the BBB, save yourself thousands and bring it elsewhere. My friend also tried to leave a review for me and they denied the review saying they could not validate this repair concern because they didn't have verifiable customer invoice info. We will see if this one gets posted as I have screenshots provided! They also tried to stay my “full synthetic oil change” was due only 750 miles after the service. What a Rip off.

Worst place ever! Went down to Purrfect auto for a smog, and the technician that was working on my vehicle ruined my fenders! After I witnessed the technician ruin my fenders I went to go ask if they can get it fixed, and was told from Randy that it would get fixed and covered by them. I was told that I was going to get contacted for an appointment to get it fixed and they never contacted me back! When I went to confront them they said that it was taking a while to get a reply back by the higher ups (Raul). I proceeded by asking for the number of Ralph’s so I can get it done sooner in which I did and so I contacted Raul and he asked for pictures and what service they did and then never replied back after I messaged him everything then I call a few days later and he said it will not be covered by them and that there is no proof of them working on my vehicle!!!! Bunch of scamming scumbags!

This is the only place I trust. I've lived in Vegas for 20 years and have been disappointed hundreds of times. I came here for an oil change about 7 years ago and haven't gone anywhere else since then. Anytime there's something going on with my car I bring it here. They're by far the most honest group of people I've ever dealt with. You won't regret coming here.

Stopped in for a walk-in oil change. Service and ability to get me in n out was excellent. Brought a coupon and didn’t even need it with the sale they automatically applied.

No waiting, was taken right away for an oil change that was on special for $9.99. Also recd free tire rotation. Staff was amazing. Kind of hard to find because it's behind the 7-11 store but worth the search. Highly recommend!!!!

update: they also keep horrible records so they can act like they didn’t service your car. however when i showed up yesterday Mike knew exactly who i was and he remembered my car. If you’d like id be more than happy to go back and tell you again in person what i wrote on my review. i paid $1100 (which was more than they quoted me) for an a/c fix ... a few weeks later the system was blowing out hot air again. despite them telling me my ac system was fine. they are now attempting to charge me an additional 1,500 to fix the a/c. my mistake seems to be going as a woman alone and paying in cash. i do not recommend this shop to anyone. the quality of work is not reliable nor are their diagnostics.

Im really upset this time .went to get my ac problem after they diagnose the problem i went ahead and told them to go ahead and work on it It was a $518.00 and some change the manager who’s name is justin told me it was going to be done today. I never got phone call knowing they close at 6 plus them closing Sunday im stuck with no car not till Monday this is unacceptable i will have a talk to justin Monday when i pick up my car…..

This is hands down the best spot to bring your car in town. Might have bad reviews but I came here a long time ago and yes it was a little suspect. It’s completely different now. New staff new energy. Just goes to show what new management is capable of. JUSTIN was amazing and the ladies up front are as well.

Was alot more happer. The guy worked really hard to help my mom out trying to get her car back to where it was safe to drive. She could not get approved for Financing but i was able to and because I was able to he helped me out with my car with a free oil change and used my Warranty to help with some other problems I was having I appreciate the effort they made and the help not only my mom but to get my car in better shape as well. Both cars are are in good shape now thank you again for taking the time and explaining every thing and going Beyond.

I went about a week ago because I got a coupon in the mail for an oil change. I just moved to the area and I didn’t have a designated place. I went and Justin And Victoria helped me. They were super friendly, the place was clean and the bathrooms were perfect. It was crowded and I knew I was going to be there all day but nope. Less than an hour with 8 cars in front of me. I asked him to check the air because it had been blowing hot and Justin was able to give me a break down on everything that was needed. I told him I’d be back and I am sure he hears that all the time. I dropped the car off today at 8am so that they can do the brakes and the air. It’s 1:00 and I’m already home. I could not be more thankful to the staff: Justin, Victoria, Gaby and Georgie. They have a customer forever. Please, please, please go see them and let them take care of your car!!! Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart.
