My son has an old (2010), high-mileage Maxima that he just needs to keep up on its feet for another year or so. At the same time, he lost both the power steering pump and the alternator. Pullen made the repairs for a reasonable price. The communication during the entire process was good. They appear to stand behind their work. We are very satisfied and will be back should the need arise.

My wife was having trouble with her car shaking on the highway. I brought it out to Pullen Motors and they were able to get me in same day. After looking over the car they discovered that the issue was ice on the inside of the wheel was causing it to be unbalanced. They brought it into the shop and did an oil change and let the ice melt off it. Phillip and Taylor were extremely professional and friendly. Couldn't recommend this shop more.

There are only certain places that are able to perform appropriate oil changes (or any other service) on my car. Although I typically take it to the dealer, I did some research for any other places that could perform that service too as impending winter weather was coming in, and I needed it done. The previous reviews were very helpful, and I then took it to Pullen’s Motors for an oil change. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly and provided not only excellent customer service but a thorough inspection of the car, fluids, etc. in addition to the oil change. They definitely have my business moving forward!

Had them do plugs and coil packs on my Nissan as well as valve cover gaskets. Fast in and out service at a great price. Saved a few hundred dollars compared to the overpriced dealership. I will be back when I need more work. Thank you Pullen Motors!

My headlight went out and a friend recommended me. Pullen was able to get me in that day and were able to fix multiple lights that were out. I appreciated that they did a free inspection and sent me a list of things that they found wrong and I was able to virtually choose what I wanted fixed from the list to be addressed. It was very non pressure and informative. They were also kind enough to fix some other small issues such as plugging back in a power outlet and also reconnect the wiring in my trunk without a charge. I will definitely be going back with the other issues for my car and in the future. 🥰

Excellent communication and clear transparent estimates. They have after hours drop off and pick up available and can take payments from a link texted to my phone! I trust them with my Audi and so should you.
