Called to ask to have my car seen and they suggested I take my full fiberglass car to a PDR shop which is completely ignorant. When I asked for their reasoning they got mad at me for daring to try to understand. I've had them do previous work on 2 other vehicles and both vehicles were said to be ready only for me to show up and point out obvious things they did not fix/repair. I would not waste your time with these guys like I have.

Puckett's was recommended to me and was mistake. I had the left front quarter panel and front bumper replaced. While the paint job looks good for now, the rest of the repair was horrible. When picking up the car, I noticed both wheel well liners were not fully clipped in and were basically hanging by a couple of clips. I pointed it out and got, "Oh ya, I meant to have that fixed." I should have done a more thorough inspection at that point. When driving it home, the right wheel well liner came loose and was damaged. I realized they had never replaced the front splash shield which ties into both wheel liners and keeps them from ripping out. I took it back in and they give me a quote to fix the crap repair. I opted to order the parts and do it myself. While installing the liner and wheel well, I found additional missing clips in the rest of the under parts that were supposedly "repaired". If you use them, make sure not to just look at the paint but everything else that should have been fixed.

Took my 2020 Chevrolet Equinox in to Puckett's Collision Center in Esmond, Ok for body work on the rear hatch. I got it back looking like band new! paint is perfect and dent is all gone! I chose them since they are a family and locally-owned shop and not restricted pricing due to being a national chain! Highly recommend them!

Puckett Collision is the best auto center for repairs!!!! When you need auto repair I can honestly refer this company for your service!!!! Very professional and worked side by side with our insurance company!!!! We drove 2 hours to take our vehicle here and do not regret one single mile we drove!!!!!

Service is nice, organization is detrimental. Apparently there’s no way for the employees to access the online booking system, so the owner was out for lunch during my scheduled 12:00 PM appointment. I was referred here by the previous owner of a car I privately purchased in need of light body work. Normally I do my own research but this man’s a USAF vet I really trust. Lots of people have disappointed today.

Stopped by with no appointment and was helped right then!! I had traveled to Edmond the night before (4.5hr drive from home) and the front under cover of my car was falling off of one side. They fixed it within minutes and were super friendly. Thanks so much!!!

I had made the mistake of taking my car to a corporate repair shop that ended up being dishonest with the insurance company so I was referred to Pucketts Collision. I had used them over 20 years ago but had forgotten about them bc they’re moreso word of mouth and family owned. Either way, when I showed up and let them know the situation I was in they immediately agreed to look at my vehicle and they’re numbers were over $1000 less than corporates and had parts ordered. I have been very impressed with Ray and John’s honesty and professionalism. I’d for sure try Pucketts Collision before trusting any other repair shop within the OKC metro/Edmond area again. I mean who’s going to care more about what’s precious to us than those who works as part of the family?

Johnny and Ray and their crew did an amazing job restoring my car after an accident. They even gave me a ride to the rental car place! They work fast but are thorough! I'd recommend them to everyone! Very impressed with the stellar customer service of Pucketts!!
