The guys over at pro tech got me settled in a timely and price efficient manner, they walked me through the whole process, and gave me daily updates. They were not pushy and let me know all my issues and gave me time to think about a plan and if I wanted to fix or hold off on some of my repairs! Definitely will be going back and recommend them over any local shop. Jake at the front desk is a nice gentleman with a welcoming smile and great attitude! Keep up the good work!

Joe and his team were very responsive to our needs. They provided ongoing updates and recommendations throughout the repair and replacement process. Pro Tech is amazing. I was having car issues and took it to the dealer. After having my car five days, they told me everything was fine; a week later the same issues. I called Pro Tech and spoke with Joe, he told me to bring it in. They did the diagnostics right away and determined I needed a new battery. They went and picked one up put it in while I waited. Joe and the crew are great people and provide terrific customer service.

A refreshing change from repairs at a dealership. Small shop with excellent service. Repairs were completed on time, communication was frequent throughout the process, and they even made some unanticpated repairs without charge.

Great place that hopefully fixed my very sad and somewhat old car. The mechanics are solid people that know their stuff and the owner is very friendly and accommodating - they squeezed me in on a Friday despite being positively slammed, which is super rare. Thanks guys!

I took my car here in June to have them put a new transmission in, but I didn't get my car back until January. When I got it back, my battery was toast, and I couldn't start my car without a jump. On top of that,they left my windows down during rainy days, so mold is growing all over the inside. Working with them is like pulling teeth. I had to take time out of my day to go there and sit with them to have anything done. I was nothing but patient with them, and they completely disrespected that. Hands down, the worst experience I have ever had.

I used Pro-Tech Automotive to do a pre-purchase evaluation of a 2002 used vehicle I was purchasing. They did it expeditiously, at the time scheduled. Their findings and estimate for needed repairs were instrumental to my negotiating a lower, more fair purchase price.. Thanks PTA!

NOT A TRUSTWORTHY company. we took our car to get parts replaced. originally we were promised our vehicle back within a month. this did NOT happen. took almost 7 months. where to begin... The first several months of them holding of vehicle they accomplished little to nothing, it was clear they didn't know how to handle a German car. only when they got a new hire who was capable did we start seeing real effort of progression. (this was months into the process) He would wait until we would come into the office to make calls and emails in front of us regarding our car, to show us that he was indeed 'working on it', however, if we were not there, work was not being done. we came into the shop around the same time each day, once he realized this he would only make efforts to connect with other shops to look for our part 1-2 hours before we would show up ( we have printed emails with date stamps, this happened a few times). these communications should have been done DAYS prior, not HOURS before he expects us to come in, especially since our vehicle at this point had been sitting in his lot for months, yet several new customers were in and out before he would even consider our car. terrible sense of priorities. at one point we had to send our vehicle to the dealership for a simple programming to be done. guess what: dealerships wont work on used parts. we waited a week before reaching out again to see what was happening with our car just to find out that the dealership would not touch our car and it needed to be sent back to pro-tech. a week waisted, though practically nothing compared to coming MONTHS OF WASTED TIME. many LIES were told to us: 1.being told parts have been shipped, only to be waiting TWO months to find out they NEVER MAILED out the part. we had to go in and talk to different people on different days before we even found that out by ACCIDENT. 2. we were also told every other week as we went in that our vehicle should be done in a 'couple days', but clearly they weren't actually working on it unless we pushed them to make any progress on our car.. the only times we made progress on getting work done on our vehicle is when we went in DAILY asking for updates on what needs to happen next, and they would do the BARE MINIMUM of getting things done in that day until we came in again the next day to push them onto the next step. 3. they LIED ABOUT WORKING ON THE VEHICLE when we would go in and ask. telling us they were 'actively working on it' and then when we went in the next day we would hear someone else tell us they were JUST NOW getting started on it now that they were getting it in the air, so they day prior was a blatant lie. 4. not sure how much is true and lie with this one, but when we called in instead of walking in we often were told that those who were able to work on our car were not there. 5. he will tell you what you want to hear just to get you out of there, this guy in in over his head with what he can handle. the CAR CONDITION WHEN we got it back : 1. we noticed at one point they had a large magnet just sitting on the hood of the car (who knows how long), we removed it as we don't want the paint job ruined. there is a SMALL SCRATCH WHERE THE MAGNET SAT. could be worse, but still a disappointment. 2. after having our car sit in that overpacked lot for 7 months the car battery is now dead and we have to buy a new one. no compensation. 3. we saw when they had pulled our car into the shop to be lifted up, the windows had been down, and they just rolled them up as they got it into the shop. there is MOLD IN OUR CAR BECAUSE THEY LEFT THE WINDOWS DOWN WHILE IT WAS OUTSIDE IN THE LOT. 4. they took out the CD in the player and carelessly set it loose in the back seat, to be subject to the environment. the good: 1.car is running and drivable now 2. he owns/has partnership with the towing company across from the shop, all towing expenses were free. 3. once we became stern with him, quick progress was made 4. he's just a guy doing a job, he's not rude or mean, just too much on his plate I think.

I heard good things about this shop and my friend is very happy with the work they've done. They have snap finance for payments. I've now had 4 things done with them and my car is running great and I'm able to keep doing my deliveries.

I went there last week Tuesday to get my mirror repaired. Joe said he’d call me; he never followed up. I called him on Friday and he said completely forgot to ask for the part. He assured me it would arrive the following week Thursday. I told him if they cant do it to just tell me; but he insisted. It’s next Thursday and it’s still broken. No follow up either. So much for good service, I couldve gone elsewhere if he just told he couldnt do it

I’ve been taking my car here for years and wouldn’t trust anyone else! The mechanics at Pro-Tech are honest and are great about keeping me in the loop of what’s going on and finding the right/best parts for my car. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else! They’re also very friendly and do a fantastic and speedy job. 1 year later: still the only mechanics I trust coming to! They always know what’s wrong and are fair with prices. Very helpful and friendly. Good people.

M first experience with Pro-Tech was a positive one. The circumstances were not ideal. In accordance with Murphy's Law, my car started overheating badly just when my regular mechanic was out of the country for a month. I got a few online quotes, and the price there was more reasonable than others. I spoke with Joe frequently after I had it towed over to them. The problem was fixed properly. They also checked her over for other potential problems for no additional charge. This is how auto shops should be. Thank you Joe, and your team as well. I will most likely visit you again for future auto needs.

Brought a car in for a pre purchase inspection. Car was beautiful and drove like a dream. About 20 minutes in to the hour apt they came out and said they were stopping because they can confirm I do not want to buy this car. They brought me out and showed me exactly what was wrong. They literally saved me from buying a $9000 vehicle that needed several thousand more put into it. I highly recommend these guys! Very honest and helpful. I will be going back with my next car.

First time, great time. Had issues starting car-they checked alternator and got me new battery within 24hrs. Was having wiper problems also-they were able to work around my schedule, run diagnostics, and get me exactly the part I needed while saving me $$.
