I can’t thank enough Proline Auto- Katy for their honesty and professionalism. After a bad experience with another mechanic, I had my car towed here, and they quickly diagnosed the issue. They found that a hose connected to the previous mechanic’s work was left loose and fixed it promptly. I truly appreciate their attention to detail and integrity in explaining what happened. It’s rare to find a shop you can trust, but I’ll definitely be coming back to Proline Auto for any future needs. Highly recommended!

The owners of this shop are amazing. Always friendly, honest and very appreciative of their customers. You don’t ever feel taken for granted. Their work is timely, affordable, great quality and I have never in three years felt pressured. When our previous 20 year mechanic retired we were bummed out but my wife and I were thrilled to be referred to Pro Line.

The young men who operate this shop, Rob and Sam, are very friendly, knowledgeable about their craft, and reliable. I have been coming to this shop for several years for service on my Honda Civic and my BMW 328i and have never been disappointed. The shop provides service for diverse automobile needs. I have come here for issues such as battery replacement, engine transmission issues, leaks, and state inspections. Pricing for their services is very reasonable and competitive with other shops providing similar services. Loaner cars are also available on a limited basis, if needed, and the shop also has coffee, bottled water, snacks, and tv in their main lobby if you want to wait there while your vehicle is being serviced. I would definitely recommend anyone who needs servicing on their vehicle to come check this shop out. You will definitely not be disappointed!

My experience with Proline is always an excellent experience. They take their time to see what’s going on with your vehicle and once they diagnose it, they come and let you know what the problem is or what they found. So all in all, they don’t rush they take their time and get you back on the road. I highly recommend them..

Amazing people. I was on a road trip, idler pulley failed, these guys diagnosed within 5 min, ordered part, I was up and running within 40 min. I highly recommend these guys!!

Rob and theses guys are so Awesome Rob makes sure his customers are well taken care of, he helped me so much with the replacement of my engine and took a lost to make sure I get the better deal and get my vehicle back up and running!! Proline Auto has been hands down the best shop I have ever been serviced by. The staff is professional, timely, knowledgeable, and most importantly reliable. Rob jumped through hurdles for me to make sure I was paying the best price, and communicated thoroughly with me throughout the entirety of my repairs. Sam & his team are amazing! They are proactive with advice to prevent future mechanical issues. Always pleasant, courteous & hospitable! And no price gauging EVER. You can REALLY trust these guys to do the right thing!! A novelty in automotive repairs. You won’t be disappointed.
