My Husband took our car to this mechanic and paid over $700 for the labor to install a rebuilt transmission then another $200 just for labor to put in a sensor come to find out that they didn't calibrate the sensor like they was suppose to do. My husband went back and asked them to please fix it correctly they refused. And now that our sensor on our car didn't get calibrated it's not working correctly. PLEASE DO NOT LET THIS MECHANIC DO ANY WORK FOR YOU. THEY WILL CLAIM THEY FIXED THE CAR BUT THEY DIDN'T DIX IT CORRECTLY. DO NOT GIVE THIS MECHANIC SHOP ANY MONEY TO FIX YOUR VEHICLE. THEY DEFINITELY WILL GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND AND EXCUES NOT TO FIX IT CORRECTLY.

I brought my car in today to get it worked on they got it done correctly and in a good amount of time they were all friendly and nice and they were great with the pricing and also gave me a good deal all together I called around other places wanted to charge me $450 but this place did it for $200 thank you again

Zach was rushed and incomplete in diagnosing the issue, but very quick to replace an expensive part and acted surprised when it did not fix the issue. I waited to write this review, to see if he would help me but months later I still have the same issue. Strongly recommend going elsewhere for any service

Brought a car here for a pre-buy inspection. Granted, it was the seller’s mechanic. They did not catch frame damage, corroding battery, or path for water to enter. I bought the car for at least 1.4x its value because of this.

The first time I came to the shop, I needed work on my exhaust system to get it smogged. Then I needed a new clutch, then a water pump (I should probably get a new car) and I've come here every time. The work they do is timely, the price is always fair, but above all else, they are kind and care about their customers. 100% recommend.

Awesome place to go to for many of your care needs! Nasser is an amazing mechanic with lots of experience and genuine care towards every car that comes in. I came in to get my front brakes replaced at an affordable price while receiving great advice and guidance towards taking care of my car. As someone who doesn't know much about cars, it's good to have someone you can trust help provide your vehicle with the best options available, because it's something I'm sure we're all dependent on. Good service and pretty reasonable prices. I've gotten several things done here i.g. oil change, shocks, extra shock suspension, and went in for shaking in my front end, but after test driving my car, he found nothing wrong and gave me the truth instead of bogusly charging or creating work when there isn't any. Good guys over there, they're my go 2 guys for NE & everything 🚗 CAR

Ii went in to have a catalytic converter put on my 2009 nissan. Nassar gave me a quote which was a good price. He ran into problems and it took him wel over an hour longer than he anticipated. When i asked him the price at the end it was exactly wha he wuoted Many mehsnics would have raised yhe price because of the extra time and labor. Hes honest and did a good job. Id use him again anytime.

Outstanding job inspecting a 2012 Nissan Frontier for me (on short notice, too) as part of an out-of-state truck purchase. Nassar is a crook! Don't go here he will rip you off, i came here to replace a timing chain ,after nassar replaces my timing chain it breaks. I than took it to the dealer because I didn't feel like nassar was being honest, after full inspection the dealer noticed the timing chain was worn and never replaced instead the guides were replaced and I was lied to. After talking with multiple people it seems that nassar has been doing this for a long time now, I am now in the middle of a lawsuit and after talking to multiple people looks like im the 3rd lawsuit this year, if you don't want to get ripped off! Stay away from this place!

I went to Protech also known as Professional Complete Auto Care to have my engine replaced. I ended up returning the car to them 4 times for repairs and the problems are getting worse. The director continues to ignore my calls and the worker continues to fail to fix my engine. Save your money and go to a Car Dealer.
