I brought my 2017 Ford Escape in due to a vibration in the power train at highway speeds. Brandon let me know that they couldn’t find anything that needed to be replaced, but still took the time to tighten the joints and do a full inspection. Other shops I have used would have told me I needed a costly repair, but Professional Automotive only charged me for the inspection! I’ve had similar experiences with them over the years and they have earned my business (and my trust) time and time again. They will never try to squeeze more money from you like many other independent repair shops. And they are much more reasonable than any dealer when it comes to service and pricing. I tell everyone I know to use Professional Automotive. You won’t regret it!

Kudos. I stopped in unannounced when my rear turn signal light stopped working. Brandon saved the day immediately. I was in for a scheduled oil change 2 days later---was in and out in record time.

Bad service, zero recommendations. I was there today with my truck. I spoke with him for service under the dealer's warranty and when I was there he said that he did not work with my type of car. He also yelled at me and used inappropriate words. He was rude and uneducated. Do not go there. It is terrible service and attention. Is fake place and service You are an uneducated person with no respect. I don't know how you work providing customer service. I'm going to send a video of my call with you from home to shut you up.

Been coming here for a number of years. Most of work is done here on my vehicles. They are efficient and communicative. Oil changes are done very quickly. Brandon is honest and straight shooter.

I had a very great first experience with Professional Automotive. Brandon was very helpful during my initial call and offered solutions that did not involve bringing the car in for service. I ended up having to take the car in and I was very impressed with how quickly the check in was, they also provided ongoing updates on what was being done. I will continue working with Professional Automotive going forward.

Professional Automotive does a great job to keep my Prius in good running order. They are great at communicating and very thorough at checking everything. They are honest and don’t try to sell you anything extra. Prices are good too! I highly recommend them.

Professional Automotive services and Brandon deserve five stars! Brandon is always friendly and helpful. Last week, I noticed one of my tires losing pressure and without hesitation or waiting, Brandon found a screw in it and fixed it at no cost. There have been other occasions when I have come in with questions, and he readily answers them. They are worth the drive if you live far away.

I couldn't figure out what was leaking and neither could a couple of other shops. I took it to Automotive Professionals. They identified the leak, got me in and fixed it quickly. Very grateful for their professional, friendly service. Definitely my "only" shop from now on.

I've been going to Professional Automotive for while now. I was always a dealership service guy but they're too difficult to get an appointment with and they're just to expensive. Professional Automotive is great service at a reasonable price and they can get you in quick. As if that weren't enough they're honest.

Always efficient, friendly and gets the job done. Love the service I get as they take time to listen to your concerns and not rush through getting your car done. They also are very considerate of not getting in your car with oil on shoes or clothes as they put protective covers on seats and never touch steering wheel with greasy hands.

Took our car here to repair the AC. We were told it was fixed and if there was an additional leak it was incredibly small and would take months for it to visible. We confirmed this as we were traveling for work via car and getting married and needed a working vehicle. They had our car for three days in total. The NEXT day the AC was broken again. We provided this to them and were given nothing. They responded condescendingly about how they “told us” it wasn’t fixed yet. Turns out the thermostat was broken which they didn’t bother to check the system codes. The symptoms fit exactly with how we described it. They have the audacity to blame the consumer instead of owning their own communication errors and inability to find the error. I find that lack of accountability to be disappointing in a business l
