I had a computer (DME) problem with my Mini Cooper S. They found a used one that was able to be programmed after finding out the original one was no longer any good. After programming engine light would not go out. They found a crack on the hose to the throttle body and it needed cleaning out. They finally got me going again! I had been without car for several weeks and was so thankful I had another vehicle to drive. Professional Automotive really took care of things by staying on top of the shipping and returning of both computers. I am so glad I decided to have car repaired vs purchasing another one. YAY for Professional Automotive! Thank you Frank and Kerry!

Good honest people, I took my son car to them , I thought there’s something wrong for the tire sensors , bcoz I took to some mechanic they told me the sensors on the tire was bad , but I went to Professional Automotive for second opinion and i was worried about how expensive it was , but when the mechanic when to diagnosed the car it comes out that there’s some nail on the tire , and nothing wrong with the sensors they just registered back the sensors, and I was so happy and thanks God that there’s some honest person out there. Who ever those guys fixed my son car , maintained ur honesty Sir , And God bless u always.

The communication was impressive. Frank actually called and notified me of each step along the way. Ballentine Toyota miss disgonied my issue which cost me to waste a little over $2,000.00. My car was a Hybrid so it needed a someone very technical. My experience with Frank at Professional was better than any dealership. Dealerships should take note. Good value and great service! I'm taking another car to them this week. Good job!

Great work! Just if you use your debt card or credit card it is a 3% fee to use your card. Best to use cash. Other than that Professional has always did great work.

Professional always handles my vehicle issues, large or small. This last repair was a regular maintenance on my Audi. Professional does a better job at servicing this vehicle than the Audi dealership in Columbia. Highly recommend the Professional team!

This shop is great. I called to see if they could do an alignment on my Tesla and they could, so I scheduled an appointment. I installed new custom wheel alignment links (toe and camber) and had specific settings that they needed to be set to. They performed the alignment and I sent the results to the link manufacturer and they were not quite right. So I called and explained this, and they agreed to do a re-alignment to the correct specs at no charge. They stand behind their work! There is a nice clean waiting room, free wifi and coffee! The service desk staff is friendly and helpful, I worked with Frankie, who is awesome, and they text you information about your car! The price was very fair too. Great job guys!

11/11/24 update: Got a call from Professional Automotive. They sent me a photo of my battery test on their digital test equipment and it clearly shows it was at 520CCA (42%) of 800CCA. I'm convinced that they were NOT trying to intentionally deceive me to purchase a new battery. I don't know why this tester was different from the test performed 1 day later at a different place with an analog unit but it is. Increasing the review score to 4 stars based on this and the quality of past service and the phone call. I 11/6/24 update: Unfortunately, I revised my review from 5 to 2 stars. Had routine maintenance done 2 days ago, all went well until I was told my battery failed under load. I was asked if I wanted to purchase a new battery which I declined. Took my vehicle to where I purchase my vehicle batteries, it was tested and tested fine (I observed the test). I've lost confidence and trust in Professional Automotive. I'll be having my vehicles serviced elsewhere in the future. Very disappointing. Very impressed! Ultra professional, on time sent me a text to make sure all was okay. My service was a simple oil change and tire rotation but I will not hesitate to take my vehicles here for more significant repairs and service in the future.

Sad to say the problem they fixed didn't stay fixed. The van began idling rough again next time I drove it and the check engine light was back on the second time I drove it since it was repaired. Back to where it was within a week.
