Unfortunately, I was told that my engine was no longer any good. Dillon was the person that I spoke with most of the time. He was very kind and even recommended other types of vehicles for me to look at purchasing, which I took his advice on. He explained that my particular engine would be costly, and if i replaced it, I might have the same problem again. With all this said, my dad used this company to work on his a/c in his truck. It worked for a brief moment, and after he left it quit. He could not negotiate with the management. So there you have two reviews.

Absolutely truthful and plain honest! Just bring them your broken vehicle they will fix it...I was in auto zone last year was told to trust Procare. Ever since that's where we take our cars for repairs. You won't be sorry....

I've only gone to ProCare once, at the recommendation of one of the workers at Advance Auto Parts. However, my experience was positive (aside from the usual stresses of car repairs). They were able to get me in fairly quickly, and communicated very well throughout the process. Price seemed fair based on information I had about typical part costs and mechanic rates. To go into some detail, I needed the alternator replaced on our family mini van. Also, we had just bought a new battery from Auto Zone, but we didn't realize at the time that the alternator was bad. So the bad alternator had fried my new battery. ProCare contacted Auto Zone and got a free replacement for me without me even having to ask about it, in addition, of course, to replacing the alternator. To me, that is top notch service. Will definitely use them again when the time comes.

I had to have a valve stem replaced, the process was quick and painless to my purse! I would certainly go back and I would recommend to anyone with tire issues to try them out and the gentleman that helped me was very nice and informative. Being a female, I appreciate that!

Finally found some mechanics I could trust! 🇺🇸 These guys saved me a ton of money on a repair that other shops (3) wanted a ridiculous amount for doing the work.. I had to make an appointment to come back for the work to be done, but I was in and out in no time and pleased with the results. I will definitely be coming back in the future for any other needs on my vehicles and will be letting family and friends know of this gem in Knoxville. THANKS

Ive never had such bad service before! I am a very understanding person, but this place is NOT worth the headache! Ive had my car worked on there a total of 5 times, and I've paid several grand to them expecting them to fix my car, and 4 times out of 5 they’ve told me they’ve fixed the problem, and I've broke down 4 separate times and they’ve had to tow it back each time. They’re not giving me a refund, and still to this day i got my car, and it’s still broke!! STAY AWAY!!!!

Car sat there for months car pretty much shut down a block down the street from the shop. The tech told me he test drove it a few times and didn’t. Said they checked it over before i got it and the plugs weren’t even on there good the wires were bad. Took it to another shop and the codes the tech told me it threw were apparently never there in the memory of the computer. Needless to say I don’t think almost 1300$ was worth what happened in the end

I definitely had a great experience with Pro Care. They did an amazing job on my car. My car drives like it is brand new and I will most definitely be back to have them work on my car. Scott the owner was extremely nice to me and told me exactly what my car needed. Two thumbs up for sure.

This is the ONLY place I trust with my Veloster. They work harder, quicker, better and cheaper than any other place I know of. Ive used them for years and will continue to do so. Highly recommend! Excellent customer service!!
