PROAUTO is good people. I've dropped off my 2013 Corvette to them several times for various reasons, and they've always taken great care of her. I'm not a mechanic and I appreciate that they don't treat me like an idiot. They're respectful, honest, hard working, and just all around great people. Highly recommend!

I went to Proauto for heat not working It was Blend Door was broken This a vary complicated job as you have take hold instrument panel out these guys complete the job ahead of schedule along with some other repairs I found my Auto Pros

These guys are great….they fixed an old 2007 ford pickup truck for me the bill was not bad at all….they found the right parts even though they are extremely hard to find …thank you guys…I’ll bring you my Element soon 👍🏼

Used to be called Nick's. Nick is a neighborhood mechanic, with better toys. Nick is the guy you call for an honest assessment. I went to Firestone, they said I needed an entire A/C system. Nick was able to cut the work and price in half.

Far from Pros only good for part replacement no diagnostic drooped car off told them not to close hood 10 days later car is untouched was told won’t start put my cables to her she fired right up was told 10 days later refused project even though I was there twice since I dropped car car sat in same parking spot since day one they didn’t know how to get a closed hood open with broken release cable so the owner lied straight to my face and said he didn’t like the wiring to my motor but yet never even opened the hood because they couldn’t they also appeared to have attempted with a crow bar to pry it open since there remodeling all they want and can do is replace parts not fix or diagnose any kind of issue if it’s not plug and play you can kinda of tell cause same cars are in the lot if you have any kinda of sports car or track car go else where trust

With less than 67,000 miles on my 2010 Chevy Colbalt I was experiencing issues with my check engine light & I knew that I needed to have the rear tire pressure monitors replaced. The remote start began to not work & I had the key thobe replaced & I changed the gas tank cap as it didn't close well. This being an older vehicle compared to current vehicles is probably what caused the difficulty in resolving the problems vs. that of newer models, however the experienced & knowledgeable crew found some issues that I new little about and fixed them. Thanks so much, I feel like I`m driving a new car, thanks to all. Reed

Great guys! Very knowledgeable and helpful. They are definitely a performance shop! They didn't bat an eye at installing non-OEM performance parts on my modified car. They were honest about the work that needed to be done and worked with me to source exactly what I wanted. I will be back.

I moved here a few years ago and have been struggling to find a shop that knew what they were doing with a vehicle that has a strong mix of OEM / Aftermarket parts, and had a strong knowledge of fbodys. I called here after my fiancé brought his Eagle Talon DSM / RHD Toyota Soarer in hopes they would be comfortable performing some well needed maintenance on my Camaro... Not only does Nick at ProAuto have a strong knowledge of fbodys / LS1 engines, they caught issues with my vehicle that went unnoticed by me or my prior shop for years. Gary & Nick went above and beyond to take care of me even though I had no prior loyalty with them, and my car has been running great now for 2 months no issues. My fiancé and I now only bring our cars to ProAuto. Highly recommend!

My car was overheating so I bought it to Proauto. They called explained what the problem was and told me the cost which was very reasonable. Had it done that day and let me know about some other things to keep an eye on. Professional, honest and easy to do business with. Will be my go to from now on. Highly recommended!

Specifically asked if they could work on plugging a large tire and not do any damage to my wheels. They say they can't do the plug with no real excuse. I just removed the wheel to do it myself and they marked up the entire inside my 21" Style 744 wheel including this lovely 3 inch scratch. They were mint and just re coated them last month.....

The seal around two tire rims was broken, tires losing air constantly and 3 different places attempted to repair. Only Pro Auto fixed them finally by cleaning off the old sealant and other crud and resealing. These guys know their stuff. Will be my go-to from now on. Fair prices too.

Not a good experience ! Had new air conditioning reinstalled in a classic worked once. Went to use it a second time and it blows hot air. Scheduled an appointment that I had to wait a month and 2 days before I was to take it back in I get a call with an excuse now they want me to wait another friggin month. I am taking my car to another shop to have there work corrected. There were several issues with other work they did at the same time. They called me to pick the car up and I ended up paying 2 towing charges to have it taken back and the work corrected..Not waiting any longer will have it corrected at another shop.Once you pay them they don't care if it's correct.

A great group of guys work at ProAuto. Every time I have taken my car there, they are fast and do great work at a good price. They have also been very helpful with any questions I have had. There are a lot of shops closer to me, but it's worth the drive to get work done there.

Not sure what happened to their customer service but they told us what parts we needed for a transmission leak and that we could bring it by the same day and pick it up the next day. Dropped the car off and then Nick calls and asks if we have an appointment to drop the car off. We said your employee just told us to drop the car off and we could pick it up the following day. Nick said they're not doing any transmission jobs and we need to come pick up our car. Apparently there's some sort of communication error between Nick and his employees. We came and picked up the car but Nick never offered an apology or bothered to try to work anything out. We've been a loyal customer for quite some time and try to send customers his way by social media and word of mouth but no more. We will not be doing business here any longer. I'm willing to change this if Nick would just work with us to resolve the issue. That's all I'm asking. Nick has been great till this one single incident.
