Talk about a lifesaver! After being turned away by another "highly recommended" shop in town, I stumbled upon Pro Toy in Knoxville and couldn't be more grateful. I used Pro Toy for some extensive repairs. After using them on another vehicle, I wrongly assumed that they would be competent to perform the repairs. After paying a very large invoice that was in the thousands, I took delivery. One day later I had to have it towed back to them to correct a very expensive mistake made by their tech. Weeks later when I finally got the vehicle back, I was off and running. One year later I am going behind them myself doing some brake work and I discovered that much of what I payed for was not performed per the invoice. It’s painfully clear the technician reassembled some front end components completely wrong as well. Extremely disappointing. Consider yourself warned.

This will be the place I bring my Prius any time I need service from now on! A local Toyota dealership recommended service totaling $6000. A friend recommended Pro Toy, who was unable to find anything to support the recommendation and I left with my car running smoothly for a reasonable price. Nothing but honesty in their approach to diagnosis and service.

5 stars is simply not enough!!! I work at a dealership and have had some really interesting experiences at service shops lately... interestingly bad. These gentlemen at Pro Toy were so much different and totally surpassed expectations. They were SO KIND and knowledgeable. Pricing can not be beat. They were friendly and informative and told me all of my options for my service needing done. They had my car finished in under 3 hours for 2 different items. They even drove to my office after I forgot to give them my wheel lock, which they needed. If you have a Toyota or Lexus product and have gone ANYWHERE else, you should just go ahead and switch over to make them your full time service tech. THANK YOU!

One of the most professional and honest people I’ve dealt with in a long time. Brought my daughter’s car in to get it looked at. They couldn’t find anything wrong and just told us to have a good day. In this day and age you don’t find people that have integrity like that we fully expected to pay an hourly fee to have it looked at ProTOY wil have all of my business moving forward. Thank you for having patience with a nervous 18-year-old who’s never been in a mechanic shop in her life.

Great shop, helping me keep my GX 470 on the road as the miles keep going. Mainly works on Honda/Acura and Toyota/Lexus vehicles. Very knowledgeable, professional, and fairly quick and fair priced. Usually able to get an appointment within a week or so, and have a nice waiting area.

These are great people! Toyotas aren’t exactly cheap to work on so this is a great dealership alternative. They know Lexus and Toyotas well so this is the place to go if you’ve got one.

Excellent work with fantastic customer service! I brought my truck in for some preventive maintenance work. They quoted me a price and actually came in under that price! And on top of that. I had kidney stones the day that I was supposed to pick up my truck and had to go to the ER. I called them and let them know that I might be a little bit late picking it up. When I got there, they were all genuinely interested in how I was doing and how I was feeling. Seemed to be good Christian guys too. If you're a Toyota person, go to Pro Toy!

they took care of my problem. they do tell you there is a minimum up front. they are not the cheapest but you do pay for what you get. they have been in business for a while and that's why I took my Honda to then. they do other cars other than just to toyotas too.... especially Japanese
