Pro Oil Change and Car Wash

First time to the shop and definitely the last I was there for a little bit and noticed how rude the person in the office was with the customers she tried that with me, but I stopped her cold. I was there for a simple Car Wash, but while waiting, I noticed how She treated other customers, especially a young lady that was there for breaks and how she overcharged for the service I couldn’t say anything to the other customer because it would be unethical for me to do that, but I think that the customer should be more well. Informed of the service are getting and what they’re paying for she was in forward with that person. It’s a shame. It’s a good location, but that’s about it. The service sucks. Stay away. I should’ve known this is owned by hometown lube his businesses don’t thrive the way they should because of bad management and yesterday was a good example of that

Durante los fines de semana es imposible encontrar asientos para esperar, pero esta vez fue un lunes y el lugar de esperar estaba bastante limpio y ordenado. Esta es la segunda vez que voy por cambio de aceite y el mecanico que me atendió MARCOS fue honesto y directo me explico que el servicio que pedimos no era necesario, lo cual es muy raro ver mecánico honestos. Todo lo demás normal. El lavado del caro algo express, la atención ni buena ni mala. Lo bueno que Marcos intento que si no era necesario no se debía cambiar, pero lo malo que tube que ir dos veces al lugar.

“I’m very unhappy with the service I received here. I brought my car in for an oil change, and they left the oil filter housing loose on my MB. This careless mistake caused oil to leak and could have seriously damaged my engine if I hadn’t caught it in time. A routine oil change requires basic attention to detail, and it’s unacceptable for something so simple to be overlooked. I won’t be returning, and I recommend others take their business elsewhere.

They used to be good. I went recently and the car wash is no longer included. They left the oil drain open and it leaked everywhere when I got home. I asked the guy to put air in my tires and he only did one side of the car. I’m never going again. No wonder why it’s always empty

Arrived at this place yesterday because I was in desperate need of an oil change, what can I say the young girl that prices the service for you and tells you the wait time flirts with you at the beginning to see how many services she can convince you to buy. After that she’ll sit vape and look at her phone. Luckily I staid to watch them do the work, but unfortunately I caught one of the idiot technicians slam my door into a red metal railing twice right in my face. Then something told me to check the bolts on my rims and when I found 5 bolts completely loose, two on 1 rim alone. This place is overpriced and the service is trash. Be ware. A este sitio NO vengo Más. NO PIERDAN SU TIEMPO. Desorganizados, el manager un falta de respeto. No lavan bien los carros, te hacen volver a hacer una línea de 10 carros para limpiarlo bien. Les ponen delante de la fila a los que ya tenemos tiempo. Y Lo PEOR es que pensé que me iba a golpear el encargado de Barba (a mi que soy un cliente) porque le dije (amigo no me falta un carro para salir..deja que terminen y pasa después a otros carros.) Bien fresco el personal... tienen 0 en atención. 0 seriedad, 0 hacer bien el trabajo, 0 en amabilidad

Don't trust these people! They messed up my car. They won't return my calls. Had a flush and oil changed. On the way home just 4.2 miles away, my car started to overheat. I called them they told me that the manager was not working and he would call me the next day. It's been over 3 weeks, and I'm still getting the run around!

En primer lugar no es un sitio donde te permitan ver el proceso del cambio de aceite como otros, te hacen bajar rápidamente del carro y a ojo cerrado confiar, que eso fue lo que hice, cuando me bajo del vehículo dejo 20dll en la puerta confiando en la honestidad de los empleados, pues esos mismos 20dll se los iba a dar de propina, cuando recibo el carro el dinero no estaba!!! Y otra cosa es que me ofrecieron 15 dll por “lavado interno” lo cual acepté que también fue dinero perdido, por que el panorámico lo dejaron sucio, los porta vasos igual las sillas no las aspiraron, al parecer cobran 15 dll por la aspirado de los tapetes, que inicialmente tampoco hicieron y me tocó hacer el reclamo. Pero me queda la gran duda y un sin sabor por que el carro pasa por tantas manos que no se sabe quién es el ladrón. El precio del cambio del aceite es bueno sería por lo único que volvería.

This ppl tried everything to charge extra; - They said my brake pads are bad and need to be changed immediately but it turned out that they are still good when I have them checked in another place. - They said they can change a part of my car, first they wanted to charge extra, then they couldn’t bring the part on time and last they confessed that they can not do the job. - They also lied about what they’ve promissed. - They charge the full amount before the work is done and then they refused to refund when it’s not done. BE AWARE GUYS!
