I called this shop to ask about having a presale inspection done on a foreign car I was thinking of buying. Alex the owner was willing to look the car over FOR FREE!! Who does that anymore? Anyway I brought the car in and he did a thorough inspection with pictures and was able to send me a full report to my phone of issues that needed immediate attention, issues that needed attention soon and a full review of everything else. I took this to the dealer and was able to negotiate a better deal based on his findings. He even spoke with the owner of the dealership where I purchased and explained his findings to them. I felt very comfortable with his level of knowledge and more confidence in purchasing the vehicle based on his insights. I have 2 big road trips planned in the next 2 years and I am so glad that I found Alex so I can go on my journey safely. If you are in need of a foreign car mechanic, I recommend you take your car here too. Thank you Alex!!

I took my BMW 330i in with an electric problem. They stopped what they were doing and looked at my car. They did a bunch of testing and determined the main battery, start/stop battery, and alternator were performing correctly. They ended up reprogramming the battery as the previous owned had not reprogrammed the battery when it was replaced. When I tried to pay him for reprogramming the battery, he wouldn't accept payment and said it was no big deal. I will be taking my BMW here for all future service.

I'm giving this German car service shop one star due to pricing being the only good thing about it. That is it. Hands down the worst customer service I've ever had at a car shop. I don't know if it's because I look young or because I look like a hoodlum or something, but this guy has treated me with disrespect. I brought my car in at 9:55 a.m to get my starter replaced in my BMW x3. He told me there was a car ahead of me and that it would take all day and so I came back at close. Not only did nobody ever come to the front to greet me once I arrived at 4:30pm, nobody ever called me to let me know the status of my vehicle. I stood in their building for an hour and nobody ever came up to me. They watched as I stood outside their building for 2 hours. I walked in when I saw one of them come to the front and ask them how long it's going to be and he still said it's going to be a few hours and that I would have to leave my car overnight. At that point they had had my car for 7.5 hours. He assured me it would be done today. When I called him at close at 5:30 while inside his own lobby, he told me it would be done today. And they let me sit outside their building for 2 hours in the cold while they didn't touch my car. Just for me to go back in there and ask them how long they think it's going to be and he said a few more hours and to come get it in the morning. And this guy knows that I skateboarded home and skateboarded back to the shop to get my car this evening. I am beyond infuriated. I don't see any way that Alex could make up for this. This shop has nothing but five-star reviews and talks about quick servicing and all of that. Welcome to your first one-star review. I will not be bringing my car back here and will take the upcharge at some other German auto shop. I wrote this on like December 26th right. Hesitant to post. Since then I have failed my emissions, and the new shop I have my car at says when the last mechanics changed my starter they missed a few bolts causing a leak and they also cracked some hoses and taped them up with electrical tape which has failed due to oil leaking on them. So thanks Alex. I will not be returning, ever. Wouldn't ever recommend you. Guess this is what I get for going cheap.

Just wanted to say thank you to Alex for fixing my water pump, thermostat and oil cooler. This man stayed passed business hours to finish my car the same day I brought him the parts. He also didn't even charge me for fixing my check engine light. Will definitely be going back once I get my other parts for him to work on my car. Thank you!

Excellent shop and Alex is a great mechanic. He is honest, and gets repairs done very fast. I had a dealership wanting to charge me a lot to do a bunch of repairs at once. I found Pro German Car Service and explained all the repairs that needed to be done. 3 days later the car runs great. The best mechanic in AZ by far. Alex gets the job done on time, on budget and explains everything in a very thorough manner.

Pro German car service 5 stars I found an honest mechanic in Mesa, and they do great work This is the only place I will be taking my cars. I work for a local car dealership and get a discount on my work done and would l rather take it to Pro German Car Service in Mesa and the price is less than my discount at the dealership I work for. Received a flyer on my windshield one day and decided to stop by and checkout. Honestly was a little skeptical about it but boy was I wrong. Alex is great and a wonderful mechanic. He got the car worked on super quick and the prices were super good. I would definitely recommend this place

Took in an Audi a4, Alex did a great job at figuring out exactly what was wrong and what wasn’t. He quoted us very reasonable labor costs. I ended up deciding to do the job myself, and Alex was totally ok with it, he popped the hood and showed me what I needed to do, and didn’t even end up charging us for any inspection costs. Great shop, Alex is a very honest guy!

Our car took a dump with multiple things breaking down at the same time and after doing a little shopping around and resaerch we were refered to pro german auto car services in mesa through yelp who we then reached out to in the evening for a quote on the things i knew was broke and alex reached right back and had me in right away . And in the end me and my soon to be expecting wife were very happy and satisfied with the level of craftsmanship alex put into getting us back on the road safe and secure for many more miles thank you alex we greatly appreciate you and in the future we will be reaching out to you first before we go anywhere else with our vehicles thank you and we would highly recomend you to everybody who needs a expert machainic 5 stars

Great service for a good price. I took my mercedes C43 for a basic oil and filter change as it was due, it was done in less than 3 hours, so the service is super fast in my opinion. I recommend this place for a German car service or repair. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Price was on point.

I just picked up my Audi Q5 today from Pro German Car Service. I had a positive experience and will return in the future. I know very little about cars and hate to have to deal with them, but I felt like Alex made all of the information clear, accessible and pain free. I really liked that he provided a link to your car’s service report including photos of identified issues for recommended services. It was very transparent. You could accept or skip the recommended services directly through the link so there was no pressure. He also provided a link to a quote. His turn around time was very quick. Less than 24 hours for the initial services I brought it in for (battery, fluids, oil change) and another 24 hours for the services I opted into (control arms, brake pads and sensors and brake fluid flush), for a total of less than 48 hours. He was friendly and professional. His prices were fair according to a source of mine who is far more knowledgeable about car things than I. He also offered warranties on several of the services I had done. I would recommend this shop and will return in the future!

I took my Range Rover Sport for regular maintenance for 100k miles, dealer quoted 5k but I got OEM parts replaced with OEM at Pro German for 1.5K, very knowledgable mechanic, genuine and does the work perfectly. I would recomend this workshop ..

After taking my car to a shop and getting overpriced (Christian brothers), we found Pro German car service who did it for an unbeatable price. They did amazing and got my car in and out in 1 day. They were very quick and honest. My car had a horrible leak and they checked my entire car to make sure they were fixing what I needed. I would recommend them to everyone I know. They was amazing.

I recently had my Chevy Malibu worked on..he replaced the front brakes and pads. He did a great job and got me in same day. I am visiting Arizona for about 8 months so it was refreshing to find somebody honest and so kind to help. The prices are also fair and reasonable. I highly recommend this place. Although they specialize in German cars...he will work on any car. Very professional and kind!
