Had a bumper mishap, brought it to Pro Body Shop to get it fixed. They were helpful, reasonable, efficient, and kind. Can’t ask for more! Got my car back in 2 days, in perfect condition. Glad I found them, I will be back if needed and recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy body shop.

Mi carro quedó perfecto! Fue rápido, todo muy profesional, Alexandra la encargada me ayudó incluso hasta con la renta del otro auto mientras esperaba y me mantuvo al tanto de cómo iban. Lamentablemente he chocado varias veces y es primera vez que lo llevo acá, comparado con las otras experiencias en talleres está sin duda fue la mejor! Gracias!!!! Recomendadisimo

Excelente recepción, la cordialidad brilla en este lugar desde que llegas te tratan muy bien,los trabajadores que le devuelven la Vida útil a los carros son definición:ARTISTAS no están por casualidad en este lugar son los mejores, muchas Gracias y que DIOS los Vendiga como hasta hora.

Had a great experience getting my car fixed here. Freddie is really great and easy to deal with and manager Juan is equally great and very efficient. They made the process easy and best of all, they fixed my car very quickly, in 6 days actually, which was much quicker than I was expecting; this saved me a lot of $ in car rental fees. I would highly recommend this shop.

I just picked up my car from Freddy tonight and am so impressed by how good of a job they did, and for a far more reasonable price than I was preparing myself for. I was really bummed my car got dinged but it seriously looks like nothing ever happened! He is very nice and they even washed my car for me before I picked it up. Will definitely be recommending this place to anyone who needs paint or body work done on their car.

Bad customer service, very not polite employee. I went there for a quote but the employee told me disrespectfully that he doesn't have time to look at my car for a quote because he is busy. The way i was welcomed showed me the kind a messy work they are doing to people car.

TERRIBLE customer service. I arrived for a repair quote on my Tesla that was going to paid by all state and the owner or person in the office waived me off. Idk who’d take their care here but this is prob the worst customer service in coral gables.

The door & hood to my 1991 mk2 RED jetta was painted there. Stay away from this shop!!! I gave them a brand new door with no dents or rust to replace and paint. They didnt match the paint after he sweared it was easy to match my red paint. Keep in mind I painted my car for $1300 8 months before taking it to freddy so, my cars paint is not faded. The door he painted has no reflection & shine compaired to the rest of the car. you can see the sanding through the paint and He charged me $700 for the door and hood. The hood came out great but again, the same love was not worked on the door... oh! and i had to put the door back together. including Moldings glass and intirior. Freddy refuse to repaint the door. What he did is polish the door and said that was the best he could do... I honestly did not know what else to do but get my car back... He did not give me a recipt. it was CASH only.

I bought a 2008 Toyota Tacoma in great shape, except the previous owner had let the roof get faded in the sun and was starting to rust a bit. Freddy got it repaired quick, and now it looks good as new. Great price, great place! I highly recommend this place!!
