Very great service! The team at Priuskings were very responsive and friendly to deal with. The technician Matt arrived early for my appointment and was finished in only 40 minutes time. He performed a test drive and diagnostic to be sure the battery replacement was working. My car is running great at this time. Thank you!

I have a 2015 Lexus ES300h that needed to have the hybrid battery replaced. The Lexus dealership quote was exorbitant! The quote from Prius Kings was a fraction of the cost. Scheduling service was so simple and the technician came to our home. My car is now running great with the best gas mileage ever! I would give Prius Kings 10 stars if I could! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our hybrid battery failed within a year of install. They would not honor the warranty without a handwritten physical receipt in the year of 2024 when everything is digital. Do not recommend unless you want to spend $2k every year for replacement with inferior parts

The whole experience was great! My 2015 Toyota Avalon had to get its hybrid battery replaced. My wife & I called a few different service locations and decided on Prius Kings due to the value. We put in an online inquiry and they were quick to respond. The day of, Matt was very professional, friendly, and quick! We appreciate Matt & his team and highly recommend them to anybody needing a hybrid battery replaced!

We thought our old Prius needed an expensive hybrid battery replacement but luckily the technician Matt from Priuskings found a short in the wiring harness and only charged us 150$ plus a small travel fee for a repair. The technician was honest and good to know they're an honest company!

Prius King *** 02/26/2024 Reached out to Prius King about getting the battery installed, and was advised that they would install battery, they requested to know what codes were visible with the diagnostic code. Advised them that mechanic diagnosed car and the code that was visible was a code stating hybrid battery is bad. Was informed that I needed to choose a battery plan. I chose a battery plan purchase for a battery with a 3-year warranty at the purchase price *******. A invoice was sent over for a the plan which also included a s diagnostic charge of ****** for them also diagnosing the vehicle and that balance was due 03/12/2024. 02/28/2024 I received a call from ****, the technician of ************** stating that the vehicle was ready for pickup and that the job was complete. drove from ********** to ******* **, about an hour drive. Upon arrival we spoke with the technician and paid him in the amount ******* cash, he then handed us a written receipt for services being paid in full. I proceeded to get into vehicle and start and reverse out of driveway at that time all warning lights appeared on vehicle dash. I then placed car into drive and drove back up driveway, got **** back over to vehicle and explained to him that all lights on the dash was lighting up, even light symbols that I have never seen before, nor was visible when car was dropped off. He looked at dash light and apologized and requested that he needed to keep car to run more testing. He also stated that he was sorry for having us come all this way and the car not being completed properly. He stated that he would get the car to us once he tested the car again and completed the job. 03/01/2024 I received a call from **** who confirmed that the car was complete. However, he forgot to mention an engine code now is showing got down the road car smoking and shut down COMPANY INSTALLED MY HYBRID BATTERY INCORRECTLY BLEW HEAD GASKET COMPANY VIOID MY WARRANTY DUE TO THIS WILL NOT REFUND CAR NOT RUNNING

Great to have an honest technician that is familiar with hybrid vehicles. Priuskings could have easily sold me a hybrid battery however, after their diagnostic their technician told me I only needed to change my small 12 V battery. I had already purchased a 12v battery and the technician Matt was kind enough to install it at no extra cost for me. Priuskings only charged me a small fee for the diagnostic. Thank you for the great help!

Local technician/install = 5 stars. Customer service/parent company = 0 stars. Website = 1 star. Avg = 2. Why? A) Nowhere on website does it specifically say batteries are reconditioned. Would have been good to know when I was comparing services/companies. B) Home page displays a pop-up box offering $1295 HV battery with 3 yr warranty & free install at “select” locations for 04-09 Prius. CS rep told me install wasn’t free at my location but said nothing about battery costing $1395. Brought this to CS rep’s attention after installation and payment and asked for $100 refund. Nope! $1295 price is also apparently only at “select” locations - not mine. Check the photo/home page for yourself and I think you will agree it is confusing at best and intentionally misleading at worst. Should have used a local outfit that charged a little more.

Matt came out and got me fixed up ship shape in no time. Can’t recommend enough, they made a huge expensive repair cost half the price and did it in my driveway in about an hour. Setting up and appointment was easy peasy. 10/10 wild hire again

2009 Camry hybrid had not been driven for two years. Batteries were dead. I ordered a new hybrid batter from Prius Kings. Their technician instructed me to first buy a new 12v from Toyota ($400+) so that they could test the hybrid battery. A new 12v did the trick. Hybrid tested 100% on every cell. PK adjusted the invoice as a matter of course. Very professional and helpful.

Great experience. Matt came out and was extremely nice and patient. He installed the battery quickly and put everything back better than it was before. I definitely recommend Prius Kings. Also, the price was far below dealer price.

I got a replacement Hybrid Battery installed with Prius Kings. They explained the process clearly. The appointment was on time. The car is now running good and no issues as of yet. Professional and courteous. Would happily recommend them!

I had Matt come over and he was very reassuring. Had the battery replaced for $1600 and given a three year warranty. No issues on his diagnostic system, but mine still received a P0A80 error code. He said that if the dashboard “check hybrid system” came back, that they would fix the situation by replacing a weak cell. I’m a little suspicious by that since the cells are unique to each individual hybrid battery. Currently working with them to get to the bottom of this issue.

Went to the dealership and they wanted to charge me 6k for a new hybrid battery OR give me 1k to trade in my hybrid. Went online and found Prius Kings—called and got it set up for the very next day. Great technician came out and had everything done way faster than I expected. If you can skip the, “stealerships,” I would highly recommend this company. Accordingly, it comes with a 3 year warranty if you run into any issues.

I let the 2007 Prius sit for to long after years of getting 45 mpg and came up with error codes p08a80 battery pack, p3015, p3016. Luckily found Prius Kings online. Working through scheduling was a snap and quicker than i knew it Matt arrived at my house with a battery to install. Can't say how much fun i had talking to him during the install. Even better he did not charge me more to watch. Excellent service throughout. Thanks again you guys!
