They’ve had my vehicle for 60 days repairing paint chips and dents on my car. Repair cost:$8,468.85. They attempted to release the vehicle with a large number of paint imperfections, dirty, flat tires, and dents that although were previously approved for repair by my insurance carrier, were still there. Since car rental coverage had already exhausted, all they were willing to offer was an economy rental car until repairs were done. Mr. Castano and all involved went above and beyond to dismiss problems left behind stating all was needed was “a little touch up paint & buffing”. I expected that since they service luxury vehicles in a state of the art facility there would be attention to detail and some quality control. I was wrong. I will never use their services again because they refused to admit fault in any of this and as long as the leadership of this organization has that mindset, they will never improve. Consider taking your vehicle elsewhere for bodywork.

This was such a great experience, Micki and Brooke were amazing. My car was in for collision repair and they got my car fixed before the estimated time frame and their communication throughout this whole process was easy and stress free. Even my insurance claims agent was impressed with their communication and timelines of everything. Thank you for the wonderful service! I would definitely recommend their services.

BMW Collision Center did an awesome job. My SUV needed extensive repair after a severe collision. From the beginning to end, the entire process was smooth and free of stress. Jose, my advisor, kept me informed on a regular basis every step of the way. Communication was constant. He was professional, respectful, and very personable. I am 77 years old. Jose was very patient with me. He explained all the process throughout in simple terms that I could understand. I felt very comfortable in asking questions. Also, Jose, with Rocco, made sure that my rental car was covered by the insurance until the whole process was completed. That gave me peace of mind. When I picked up my car, it looked like it had been taken out of the show room. They even detailed my car. I have a brand new car. Thank you, Jose, for your exceptional care of my car. I absolutely recomendé BMW Collision Center.

I will make it short. They made my ordeal go sooo smoothly that it was unbelievable. I was stressed. Jose and his team made everything from drop off to pickup easy. My vehicle was in service for approximately 26 days and there wasn't a week that went by of me not knowing the status of my vehicle. You deserve a raise! You represent the BMW brand very well. My SUV needed significant repairs after being stolen. I was having a difficult time finding a place that would at least hold my vehicle until they were able to work on repairs. BMW Principle Collision Center, had the space and Arturo my collision repair advisor went above and beyond to make the entire process as smooth and stress fee as possible. Arturo's experience and attention to detail were evident from the start, he thoroughly explained every step of the repair process ensuring that I understood what needed to be done and why. Communication was top notch, he kept me updated regularly on progress of the repairs which gave me peace of mind. Five stars+ for Art Castano at the BMW Body Shop! While taking my car in for service, advisor Ryan Watson assisted in removing Minwax polyurethane from the driver’s door. For all reasons just avoid them. Here is my issue - I gave my Volvo to them as they only available certified one who claim to be available - They took more than 3 months for fix a damage that happen to right side of the door. - when I first agreed to give I wanted them to deliver the car back to me and only hence I decided to let them take care of it - after waiting for long 3 months and almost week for car cleaning they said they can’t deliver back to me. Just stay away. Not worth your time, your car and your money. These guys lack commitment and respect to their customers

I recently had an insurance claim for my BMW 3 Series where the front passenger tire, rim, and steering column were damaged. Art took amazing care of me throughout the entire process. He made everything so easy by dealing directly with the insurance company and kept me informed with proactive calls every step of the way. She stayed persistent, informative, and always super sweet! She continued to send me updates throughout the whole process. She was amazing! I was extremely pleased with her attention to detail, her customer service skills, and the fact that she continually kept me informed throughout the repair process.
