Took my classic 2000 gmc yukon here for a whole exhaust change. It rattles underneath so I think they failed to fully bolt on the exhaust to the engine. The day my girlfriend took it there to get the work done i noticed a lot when it came back home they stole both of my rear door handle trims and then drilled the broken unmatched ones they had onto my door as if i wouldn't notice. The person who worked on my truck took my key allegedly so when my girl went to get the truck he wasn't around which makes me think that's when they took my parts too the other vehicle and came back to give her the key. The engine wires somehow where tugged out and I felt very pissed off at this point but to add on the middle console you store items in by the rear was tore out for their vehicle. If you do decide to have your vehicle worked on here make sure you record video of the interior and engine because the shop i just took it too said there was also things missing from around my engine as if they looked in it. Explains my wiring. The truck is rare and the parts hard to get. Please see this and make sure they dont do this to you. The only reason im not up there is because id probably end up in jail and because my family begged me to not make the bad choices I was about too the day it came back.

Prime Auto Repair is the most professional and competent repair place I've ever been to. I was there for an alignment and then happened to mention it had an exhaust leak and I was going on a trip. Without me having to ask, Tim, the guy who did the alignment went outside, brought the car back in, and put it on the lift to see if he could repair the leak, It ended up not being a five-minute job, and asked if I could bring it back another day. I thought that was very decent of him. They were super busy, yet he did that for me.

They have special skills for foreign cars. I’m amazed how quick they found the issue and fixed my Mercedes. The dealer told me different thing that was not related to the actual problem. Highly recommended!

They gave me an estimate to replace tie rods from just one side , control arm, sway bar, was included , then asked for a ac recharge , everything on $1500 bucks , i felt was kinda high so i just pay for the diagnosis $60

Thrifts and crooks, didn’t fix my problem, told me once I got my car that it would not be THIER problem if the check engine light came back on. Suspicious. Down $575 & $90 . Did not return, won’t return.

I went to a lot of tires shop to just get a patch for my sprinter van because of a nail in my tire on a Saturday. None of the shop would service me because of my large van but this shop finished it in less than 20 min. Good price for the service and very convenient. Would recommend for car services.

I've been taking my Audi to Prime since they opened. They do really well with servicing Audis. I needed to get a secondary air cleaning and new spark plugs to save my car and Tim and the guys got it done for me for a great price. She lives to drive another day!

Hands down best repair shop I have ever been too!! Tim is very informative !! Great business to work with they call you right away and let you know what’s going on and definitely won’t have you guessing or having to constantly call for updates..I will never take my car anywhere else 10 out of 10 highly highly recommend! I did an alignment on my dually truck and got my exhaust done. They were the only ones that were able to get this truck done after calling many other places. I even had my ladders in top. The garage doors are very tall. Highly recommend this shop!

I have never left a review before for any business.This guys are great! I walked in for an alignment without an appointment and they were able to take care of me right away. The shop is clean and organized with top of the line tools and machines. I will definitely go back whenever I need something done to my SUV.

This is the place to go!! Incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and convenient. Pin pointed my oil leak and replaced the oil filter housing. Took amazing care of my vehicle. This team was great to work with and I would give 6 stars if I could!

Normally when I go here I love they service. Today I was robbed for $160.00 they did work on my vehicle that was not needed and then charged me for it. I recommend going somewhere else. I also work on cars and the rotors was good no scratch marks or nothing and only the brakes needed changing. I get its an inflation but to out right beat someone out of there money isn’t right!
