I've been taking my vehicles to Prime Auto Repair ever since Israel took over, and let me just say - if honesty and fairness were a competition, this guy would be the reigning champion. Seriously, Israel runs the place like he’s allergic to ripping people off, which is basically unheard of in the world of auto repair. Here’s the kicker: he’ll let you bring your own parts. Your own parts! Most mechanics would faint at the idea because they’d rather nickel and dime you into oblivion. And if the problem is minor enough for you to handle at home with a few tools, Israel will actually tell you. Who does that? Answer: no one except this guy. I’ve taken all my vehicles to him - trust him completely - and even bought a car from him. Every single time, it’s been straight-up excellent work, fair pricing, and no surprises. If you’re tired of shady mechanics trying to charge you for every little thing, take your car to Prime Auto Repair. Israel’s got your back. Do it.

Prime Auto Repair is my neighborhood auto repair shop. In the last few years, I’ve gotten estimates and diagnostics from them for the full job (including parts) or labor alone. Before my recent visit, I called them a few weeks prior to get an estimate for a steering gearbox replacement on my work truck (Ford E-250). I scheduled my appointment and already had the parts and necessary oil. I dropped my van off yesterday evening (Friday) and it was ready next day. They honored their word by getting it done before end of day Saturday. The service was done well and it also included an alignment which was necessary for type of job performed.

Very helpful and honest place. Has been there several times. Went in to check on a weird sound, had a test drive with them and got it fixed 10 minutes afterwards for free. The owner is very honest about what he found and told me he had to tighten some screws. At some another place may end up replacing the suspension system.

Took my van in for A/C repair. And they did an awesome job! Everyone there is super nice and work was done professionally! I would recommend anyone to go here for their car repairs. They can get busy but that's a blessing and a curse, it's worth it.

I don’t care if this guy was the best mechanic in the world. I would never patronize his business. He leaves two dogs outside on the property 24-7 - 365. Whether it’s freezing for multiple days or heat index warnings for weeks. I don’t care if they have shelter or not a dog house outside is like leaving your kid in a car. Not to mention they bark at every thing relentlessly at all hours of the night and the owner refuses to do anything. He claims they are there because he has had problems with criminals causing issues with cars left on his muddy overgrown lot. Note don’t leave your car overnight!

I’ve been going to Prime Auto Repair for years now for everything from oil changes to alternator replacements and diagnosing engine error codes, and I can confidently say this is the best auto shop around. Even though I live 25 minutes away, I always make the drive (or even have my car towed) because I trust them to do an excellent and professional job every time. Their pricing is more than fair, and they even allow you to bring your own oil for oil changes, which is a great perk. The shop itself is well-maintained with a large waiting room, but if you need to stretch your legs, there’s a Starbucks right across the street—a perfect spot to grab a coffee while you wait. If you’re looking for an auto repair shop that’s reliable, trustworthy, and affordable, Prime Auto Repair is the place to go. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else!

I've taken my vehicle to Prime Auto Repair several times. They keep you informed on the progress of your vehicle and when to expect it back. Each time has been a five-star rating for me. The whole staff is professional and friendly, making sure you understand what's going on, and when to expect your vehicle to be ready. I went back to Prime Auto Repair in June 2023. I needed to have my car looked over since it's older before I went on a trip. All I can say is they are very professional and I trust what they tell me. Never never have I ever had a problem with them.

I am so very pleased with PRIME AUTO. I will NEVER go anywhere else for truck repairs at this point. Israel was able to find what was wrong immediately, dropped off my truck, it was repaired the same day, prices are good, Ilesia was very helpful at front office. Everyone there is so attentive to the vehicle needs. My sister won't let anyone but PRIME touch her car, Arron at Grease Monkey also referred me & it truly was the best experience. I have confidence in PRIME AUTO! They are my go to shop from now on. Thank you PRIME for getting me back on the road safely!!

I brought my car here for repairs after some careless driving left me with a damaged wheel bearing and hub. The customer service was straightforward and helpful. Even though I arrived later than expected and some additional work was required, the mechanics and receptionist were all accommodating, finishing everything within 3 hours, with competitive pricing for service. My car drives like it's new. A++ recommended. I will be back here for all my auto needs.

It seems as if high quality work for a very reasonable, fair price is a thing of the past. Not so at Prime Auto. They do prompt work, get things right the first time, and never pad their charges with a “boat payment” or recommend unnecessary services to inflate the bill. The staff is pleasant and well trained, and they make a real effort to understand the issue you’re having with your vehicle. What more could you ask for?

Was going to this place for a while but I think they changed owners. People there now are sleazy. They told me the price for changing brakes, then called back about braking fluid acting like it was optional. Told me it was being worked on already after we decided to cancel. They decided not to charge us for braking fluid and told us it’d be two hours after already waiting 3 hours for a test I scheduled ahead of time. Again, keep in mind I made an appointment for that day a week before. Then because I was already heading there on an Uber I had to wait, not 2 hours but 4 more hours. While I’m waiting across the street I notice that they hadn’t even started on it until 3 hours and 30 minutes after they said it'd be 2 hours. So I waited about 7 hours in total for something I scheduled ahead of time, and that they told me would only take a few hours. Not only did they lie, try to cheat me, but they didn’t take my appointment seriously either. Never going back. Seems like a lot of these places are like this here.

Was recommended here by grease monkey because my battery terminals had calcium on them and battery was damaged. They replaced my battery and the price was only 215 including labor. I noticed when done that they had put on an aftermarket positive terminal that didn’t quite fit my car. Once I mentioned this to them they happily offered to order it and I just had to pay for the replacement. Next day I came in and they took care of it super quick. Everyone was really nice and they were very affordable. Definitely recommend this business.
