Extremely over priced. One tire being switched out & changed totaled $200 & it was not clarified in the beginning that would be the price or I would’ve refused service.

Got me on a Friday after Christmas. They were very polite, quick to get an estimate back with what needed to be repaired on the car that I could get repaired that day excellent service and the car drove back to Colorado with no problems.

Excellent service. I appreciated the thorough report (which included pictures) summarizing everything they checked on my car and the issues found. I also greatly appreciated the shuttle service. That is a wonderful convenience. The only constructive criticism I have is that when the call is made to let the vehicle owner know how much the repairs will cost, it should be explicitly stated that those prices are for cash payers and that customers paying with debit/credit cards will be charged an additional 3% fee. Otherwise, I am very pleased with my overall experience.

Came in for full radiator flush on 5-20-24 Brought car in at 830am said it would be around noon to 1pm before done , will call when ready. Wasn't able to pickup till 430pm. Problem is that I just got an oil change today 1-12-25. They do courtesy inspection on certain things , radiator is one of them , check is done and mechanics show me that radiator is full of brown water almost a sludge mud. I let them know flush was supposedly done on 5-20-24 He laughed , said if it was done it was done wrong but he feels like it was not done given what he was seeing. I paid 410 dollars for flush , filter change and rotation. This is the problem now a days people you count on to do the right thing constantly take advantage of you and you usually don't find out till it's to late. Moral to the story be very careful if you use these people because I won't be looking to ever use them again.

They were able to see my vehicle right away when my car was acting up on my way to work one morning. They also provided me with a shuttle service so I didn't have to miss out on work. Diagnostics was very thorough, with pictures included and detailed report. They were the first to figure out what was actually going on with my car the entire time when others have missed it. Couldn't have had a better experience, these guys are amazing. Thank you Priebe's!

My Daughter needed a wheel bearing on a 97 chevy 2500. They done an inspection that wasn't asked for then gave her a quote of $1100 for the bearing. This job was done 5 minutes away for $467 which is the going rate for this job. They charged her for the inspection that was not asked for. I'm sure it's because she was from out of town and if that wasn't the reason for the high price then ripping people off must be a daily ,normal occurrence. I'm a 25 yr in business shop owner and we have people stop in from out of town with issues that we do whatever we can to help them get back on the road. We give Customers options so if they can't afford the best we accommodate them and help get them on their way. My shop would never let an out of towner stop at my shop and not take care of them anyway I can unless we absolutely couldn't and I then would refer them to a shop that could. Stopping at this shop cost my daughter an unwanted inspection fee, a tow bill because the bearing was so bad they couldn't make it 5 minutes to the next shop and alot of time. My customers safety is always priority over any warranty and since it's their money and not yours they should have been given options. As far as the truck being rusted to pieces is bologna. It's 28 years old yes but not rusted to pieces but I guess any excuse not to help out a customer in need.

I called needing several things, however, only had time for an oil change at the time; and as typical with Priebe's, was taken care of very conveniently and kindly. Could not have asked for better service, and as always, my wife and I are satisfied with their care.

I’m reviewing on behalf of my dad, whose Mini Cooper had been serviced by Priebe’s a grand total of three times in the last couple of weeks. He had nothing but glowing things to say about everyone involved. The service itself was impeccable from beginning to end (Robin was great to deal with over the phone during the few times we spoke) and my dad waxed poetic about how clean the garage was (he said he’s never seen such a clean and well-kept auto shop in his 40something odd years of taking his car in). I can’t thank you guys enough for taking such good care of my dad and his car! They drove down from Canada to visit us and they’ll be driving back again in a couple of days, so the timing could not have been better. My husband and I will be seeing you guys for our car in a bit! His online platform allowed him to have a detailed breakdown of all issues and pictures were taken and he gave a broken down estimate for doing the head gasket, though I texted him for an estimate on an engine swap and didn't get the same experience. His final text price of $12,300 for an engine swap is beyond unreasonable, even with the inclusion of parts I don't necessarily need to justify the number he threw. Parts that come with the new engine such as gaskets oilpan etc etc. Initially he quoted $10,000 in person, the price then jumped to $11,350 for a 36k-mile warranty engine via text. After mentioning I found a Jasper engine with a 3 year 100k-mile warranty for around 4k I was quoted over the phone with Jasper. The price suddenly increased to $12,300 with no proper cost breakdown, just a list of parts and services I again, don't necessarily need. I had hoped to have the work done here, but this is by far the most overpriced quote I’ve received compared to other high-end shops. A great place for diagnostics, but the pricing is not competitive. 15 to 20 hours is what it should take for labor. So he is apparently charging around 400 an hour at 20 hours? Update: Thanks for such a lengthy response and assuming how I shop around. What makes a shop think they need to upcharge to get an engine? For what.. providing an address? I found a better engine through Frasier with even better advanced parts and they can have my engine shipped to me by Monday. The standard engine like Frasier had was at the same price 4k. But the advanced engine I want It comes with a 5 year unlimited mile warranty and an option for a 10 year unlimited mile warranty. That holds a hell of a lot more weight than 36k miles you originally tried to sell me at 11350.00. So after the core refund it's $5k after purchasing it online and I get a $250 dollar online purchase discount. So that's $4750.00 total and a hell of a better engine than the Jasper engine and more competitively priced. It comes with the gaskets and everything and 'exrta parts'. Where are you getting 3k more for other parts and fluids?!? You can drain and use all my fluids except the radiator I want flushed and I can do that myself if it's more than 240 bucks. Parts? Use existing parts. Most the ones you mentioned come with the new engine as I've said. It makes absolutely no sense. The only thing I wanted you to price and do is swap the damn engine, use existing parts I have and flush my radiator. There isn't a chance in hell I'm spending 10k or more for some shop crying about their employees retirements and how they believe they are better than other people out there making a living. I don't need to hear a justification in why you charge the highest man. It's just a ludicrous unjustifiable amount and I'm calling you out for it because you can't even justify 10k let alone 12300. I'm comparing your price to Fleet, Sheppard, Allied, and Christian Bros all of which were shocked by your 12300.00. including my father. A technician himself that retired last year after a life wrenching. Only thing you've proved here is a one ⭐ experience. Why you going to try to sell me a cheap OEM engine with a 36k mile warranty anyways? You're suppose to be a high-end shop, why wasn't I given different engine options? I spent 2 hours researching the best highest quality remanufactured engine with the high warranty of 5 years and unlimited miles. They obviously believe in the quality of their engines and upgraded parts. If I'm going to spend around 8k for a swap, I want the best I can get. Lol damn sure not spending 12300 and most of that is your made up overhead getting shoved into your pocket.

I've been burned by some mechanics and was nervous to pour even more money into my non-reliable car. I'm so thankful for Priebe's and their knowledge. They diagnosed and fixed my car all in 1 day. They even shuttled me home so I didn't have to wait at the shop. All of the staff was kind and understanding. I'm impressed with their knowledge and thankful they got my car safe and reliable again! I have a detailed list and pictures of everything else I need addressed on my car, and I'm so grateful! Thankyou so much, I'm definitely coming back when I'm ready for more.

If you're not sure if you should spend your hard earned money on priebes don't worry- they will take care of you! I've been quoted by other shops for much more! But Priebes gets the job done! The most important parts they use have a warranty on them so you don't need to worry if a part is a lemon. After sticking with Priebes as my main mechanic I've learned a few things. Not every mechanic wants to work on just any car but they will get a 30 year old Honda Accord driving and reliable. That means a lot for somebody who doesn't want to go into huge debt for a car! Service is timely as long as you set up an appointment, Robin is amazing at the front Desk and she and everyone else cares about honesty and integrity. If you are wondering, yes they will be straight with you about what you need! They will send pictures and videos in their reports. You want a trusted mechanic to work on your car, this is that trusted mechanic. They hold up their end of the bargain. They understand that a certain level of integrity and honesty is severely needed working on people's vehicles and they supply that honesty and integrity. If you invest in your cars maintenance with them it will work out for you in the end!
