Absolutely the worst service department that I have ever dealt with. Had to bring my truck in 12 times just because they couldn’t fix my radio on a brand new Tundra. The last time they told me my car was ready, I get to the dealership….they pull my car up and shocker….the radio doesn’t come on. I mean really, these genius’s didn’t even test it after they replaced it. Who does that?! What year were radios invented?….yet Toyota can’t get the radio in a brand new Tundra to work?! I ended up having to put an after market stereo in a new truck…how sad is that? This is just one of many issues I have had with this service department. I had bought my last 3 trucks from them as well as other family vehicles. After my last experience with them, I will never go there again. Who has time to go to a dealership 12 times for a radio. 4 out of 4 people that I dealt with were completely incompetent. They do not care about their customers or if the vehicles get fixed properly. Do better Price Leblanc Service! Or keep sucking…I don’t care. I’m not going back regardless.

I brought my car there after using a different local service department. I dealt with Shay, who was extremely nice and helpful. Waiting for my car to be ready was enjoyable with the bagel shop there, and the price for my oil change was comparable to other shops. I will definitely be back! Thanks for your great service

Big Thanks to Tyler Jones (no relation) for going above and beyond in getting my car diagnosed and repaired so quickly! My check engine light came on the afternoon before I needed to bring my sister out of state for medical appointments. Tyler understood my dilemma and really saved the day!!

If you are buying a vehicle, ask for Nigil Briant. He's honest, doesn't "sell," and really loves what he does. He helped me purchase my favorite vehicle to date, and I am so glad I was able to work with him!

I had the truck for years no issues. I was selling and buyer wanted to bring it there service center and check it. While they were checking the truck in the back ,”miraculously “ engine light came on. For years there was no problem but that day light came on because of camshaft position sensor. And another thing my battery terminals were oxidated, so I just had changed them 3 days ago but when I did it I didn’t clean the metal part so i had to move the cable if it doesn’t start. And I told that to the mechanic at Leblanc ,he said ok. And he put this in the report which is fine but he also put that truck has a bad starter.because it didn’t start when he turned the key. Even though I told him what it was doing and had nothing to do with starter it was just a battery cable connection.when you don’t have power,truck will not start. Only thing they didn’t mention in the report was valve cover gaskets and apparently that was the only thing needed to be changed because I took it to a good Mechanic after them. And apparently my camshaft position sensor was fine,my mechanic said probably it was just unplugged and it’s been two months light never came back on. I don’t care about the $97 I paid to check the truck but I’m not gonna get that three hours I waited in the lobby. They came back with $8000 worth of repairs Stay away from this place

If you are a woman, please do not go to their service department without a supportive male presence. Every time I come here, I leave utterly upset and disappointed and yesterday was no exception. My family has bought cars from here for generations, so I choose to do service here out of loyalty. That changed due to the pandemic. I did opt to go here for an oil change yesterday and they of course stated there was something wrong with the car. The first advisor, H, was welcoming, answered my questions so I waited there patiently. The 2nd person, D, at first could not find me in the waiting room, so he decided to call me. I had seen him walking around earlier and he did not call out my name like he previously stated he did on the phone. He approached one particular woman and I know why he approached her and only her. I walked out of the bagel shop to meet him, when we approached his desk, I knew something was off due to the advisor switch and he immediately said that he “needed to bring some things to my attention”. He named those issues with a strong sense of urgency and lack of compassion, as though my vehicle would collapse once I walked out of the shop. Very different tone then H’s. I agreed to one further service, but did not believe him about the second request as H had a very different opinion earlier and was much kinder and honest about it. I had to wait a few more minutes for that final service. I paid and left for the day. I talked with several people after due to being uncomfortable and upset about that experience and they basically told me I was taken advantage of and robbed for the services I accepted. One actually viewed my car with me and said that there was no need for the immediacy. My friends then told me of several places in the area with cheaper services and similar if not better quality. I will not go back to Price LeBlanc service shop after this. That loyalty is now gone. Although there was an advisor switch, I blame both gentlemen for this false sense of urgency in order to get more money. I hope that the women in their life are never met with the same “kindness” they showed me yesterday. The last time this happened, I went to other shops and got more reasonable quotes, but mistakenly returned to Price LeBlanc out of loyalty and trust. Please practice better discernment when choosing where to service your car. Outside of that, Price LeBlanc’s sales are wonderful and welcoming and again my family has been shopping for generations. If I decide to buy another car, I will strongly consider Price LeBlanc Toyota.

Took my Camry for a 5000 mile service appointment. I was home in less than an hour of leaving my home to go there. Their service advisors are very thorough and they don't rush you to get to the next customer. You actually have time that allows you to ask questions

Tried to look at a truck they had listed online but when we called they claimed it was at the body shop and no one could tell us why or when it may possibly be available to see.
