Once again, I'm writing a review on Preston Road Tire. I went to them for a new serpentine belt and noticed that my Volvo came out much better than it was before the problem I experienced, l'm not exaggerating here, I know my car. Again, My appreciation goes to Nardim, Gina and Lucky, they are a dedicated team, always hitting a homerun; always their car advice and service is good, simple and easy to follow. Since I been using Preston Road Tire, I have never had the need to go back for a repeat problem. Thank you.

I arrived before the scheduled time for the vehicle inspection, but the place closed earlier than expected. Even though there were still workers inside, they refused to assist me, not honoring the fact that I came before their stated closing time.

They were able to work me in on same day I called. 👏 I was excited since I live near them. Every member of their service team were polite and professional. My all tire alignment was complete and explained to me and my Honda Pilot drove great! Highly recommend. Price was very good - $115.

I have been to a LOT of car shops throughout DFW and this one is easily on the top of my list. Fantastic customer service, high-quality craftsmanship, and great timeliness. I would recommend to anyone looking for a service shop for your car.

I called up here and was told to fill up my nitrogen air tires it would be $20. My husband went up and they charged him $40. They are liars and will over charge you. Response to the owner- We asked multiple times what the cost was and was told $20 for all tires. The stars you have on reviews and offering free nitrogen air for a tire has nothing to do with lying to your customers. We did appreciate the time we came in your team quickly filled the tire. We did not ask for it be free that was y’all’s choice. Be honest to customers when we ask for the price and not lie. We paid double then what we were told and your response about your reviews is ridiculous.

Gina’s customer service is phenomenal! I hadn’t been in the shop in several months, and she immediately remembered my name and greeted me with a smile. I have now come here for my state inspection, oil change and tire rotation, patching a hole in my tire, and repairing my serpentine belt and rear brakes. Each service has been done quickly, and they communicate fully. When they patched my tire, they even showed me the nail they found. Even though the pricing is a tad more expensive than other places, I will continue to come back for the customer service, and also because I trust the job will be done quickly and correctly!

I had such a great experience in this tires shop. The manger of the business, at the desk was very helpful. We set up quickly appointment for the service changes all four tires, installation valves sensors control air pressure in the tires and precision how i want alignment. All was very quick and with the excellent professionalism altitude. Thank you guys for your service 👍🏻😎 Definitely I will come back soon. Highly recommend!!!

I thought I needed to replace at least two tires on my car. I asked the Lord to show me where to go to get the work done. He directed me to Preston Road Tire and Service where the staff had helped me when I needed a tire patched some time ago. Gina explained tire age and signs of wear. She researched three brands of tires and price ranges. There was no pressure to buy the most expensive tires. I chose the tires I wanted and made a deposit for the staff to order them. The tires were installed the next week. I appreciate Gina’s help, honesty, and perspective (“God put us on this earth to help each other.”). For Ladies who are looking for help with their vehicles, Gina is very knowledgeable about car maintenance and repairs. Many thanks to Preston Road Tire and Service. Grace, peace & blessings.
