Highly recommend Prestige Auto repair. They are very professional and honest in their dealings and even washed the car inside and out after service. They also took me home as I had come early for the car ( my mistake). You won’t regret it if you use them for your repairs and or service.

Great service. You get the same as the dealer (complimentary carwash, courtesy transportation) but with better attention (thank you Christian and Marlon!) and lower payment. I totally recommend it.

The work done was professional, effective and efficient. Staff was client oriented and supportive. They kept in contact regarding the work and completed by the expected time. The invoice given to me is correct; met with Bill, the tech, and he explained and showed me the work under the hood; spoke with Christian and complimented all of the folks behind the desk on their courteous, respectful, friendly yet professional manner; appreciated the water cooler bottles and the key chain; the AC was freezing, keep Practically drove itself, and the ride was smooth and very unjeep comfortable. All in all, I am very pleased with the service provided by Prestige and the excellent manner in which it was handled, explained, repaired and responded to. Thank you.

I highly recommend this place. I only rate if excellent or poor. My mom has a 2016 Jaguar XJL Portfolio which needed work. From the moment I called and spoke to Fernando I decided to have the work done here. He is professional actually listened to my questions and kept me posted with estimates & pictures of the repair. This place is professional and detail oriented therefore they deserve a 5 Star rating!

needed to get my transmission serviced on my 2016 S-550, I found Prestige Auto Tech in Pinecrest online, after reading great reviews i decided to give them a try, Hernan was very professional explaining everything that needed to be done and once they scanned the car they found a few other maintenance issues that needed to be addressed, they sent be detailed estimates of everything and pictures. Picked up my car a week later after repair and maintenance and drives like a BrandNew car. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone with a high end imported car. Will def use them from now on. Best place in Miami to get your car serviced. The owner is a great, honest man who ensures his staff always provides the best quality of work for every client. Holli was very helpful and gave phenomenal customer service. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

We had been clients of Doug's Automotive for 16 years when he retired. Happy to continue bringing my car's to same location now run by Prestige. The new storefront is very nice. Excellent, prompt service on the Mini. Very happy with Prestige.

Excellent service. I really appreciated the step by step calls / texts to review the diagnostics. Also being able to approve the estimates and work electronically was convenient. After the job, my car was left pristine. I appreciate the customer service - I give them a 10/10.

Needing somewhere to work on my C250, I came across Prestige Auto Tech. Living near The Falls area, I decided to give them a chance. My faith in repair shops had been shaken after regrettable experiences with nearby locations. However, I can now confidently say that I have found a trustworthy mechanic for my Benz. William and Hernan were both professional and made me feel assured that my issue would be addressed reasonably. They kept me informed throughout the process, and the text messages with weblinks showing images of the repair were top-notch. I highly recommend bringing your Mercedes to Prestige Auto Tech if it needs any work. These guys are great, and I am very satisfied with the work performed.

Best Audi shop in Pinecrest. Courteous, professional and prompt service. It took less than 24 hours from booking the appointment until work complete. William was very detailed and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to get it right the first time around.

From start to finish, my visit to Prestige Auto went smooth as it could be. Dropped off my car for scheduled maintenance. Liked their system for approving the work. A link was sent to my phone and I approved/declined each line item along with the cost I wanted or did not want done. As part of the system, it also showed what the mechanic finished checking and what were the results with pictures. Found out during inspection that I needed to do a brake job so approved that after the fact. I decided to wait for my car but they do offer shuttle service or loaner if you did want to wait and had somewhere to be. After the work was done, they offer complimentary car wash which I accepted. Driving home, car drove straight, brakes felt great, no issues with their services.

I went to prestige with a problem, nobody was able to solve. They worked on it for four days! But they got the job done! William was great, i never had to call him, he kept me informed the whole time. I highly recommend prestige auto tech!!!

Very satisfied with the service I received at Prestige. The staff were very professional and friendly. I took my car in for A/C service. All it needed was a recharge and they checked for leaks. Very reasonable cost. I'll definitely will be back!

They quoted me $999 to replace my radiator. The radiator they were going to install was an aftermarket one that sells for $100. The quote did not even include the upper and lower hoses nor the thermostat, just the radiator and coolant. I ended up ordering the original radiator for $250 and replacing it as well as the hoses and thermostat myself. $800+ in labor seems like a hell of a racket if you ask me.
