STEER CLEAR AWAY AND READ MY REVIEW BELOW FOR TRANSPARENCY I strongly urge anyone to avoid Prestige Auto Tech. My experience with this shop was frustrating, costly, and completely dishonest. Over the course of multiple visits, I spent over $6,000 on repairs, only to be told after all that work that my car needed a head gasket replacement, quoted at nearly $4,000. This diagnosis conveniently came after all the previous repairs, which makes me seriously question their integrity. To make matters worse, the car didn’t even need a head gasket replacement—it’s been running perfectly fine ever since I found an honest and trustworthy mechanic elsewhere. What really pushed me over the edge was the gas situation. I left my car with over 90 miles of gas in the tank, but when I picked it up after a repair, there were only 2 miles left. When I pointed this out, the head guy just shrugged and told me, “There’s a gas station down the block.” That level of carelessness and disregard for customers is shocking. Months later, they had the nerve to send me a text saying, “We haven’t seen you in a while, everything okay?” My immediate thought was, Why should I come back when you didn’t even do the job right the first time? This message felt more like a sales pitch than genuine concern. After spending so much money for terrible service and unnecessary repairs, I can confidently say I will never return to this shop. Prestige Auto Tech is the epitome of why people distrust mechanic shops—pushing unnecessary repairs while draining your wallet. If you value honesty, good customer service, and reliable work, avoid this place at all costs.

By far is was the worst experience I've ever had with mechanics , from taking 3 months to not even being able to fix the car because they lost my cluster, to fixing problems that didn't do much in one of my other vehicles, overcharging, by thousands, and I have text, pictures and messages to prove it if they try to say anything on this post. Also one of my cars got hit and they fixed the part that was very visible. But there were some scratches on that car, which they will not fix because it didn't come out in the pictures. Cuz, it was too light. My mistake was taking my cars here first and not taking videos beforehand , i have to take my car 2 separate mechanics now to fix what they couldn't. The guys are cool, but the work is horrible. Sorry Adolfo , the manager , but the truth needed to be told.

First time using Prestige Auto Tech and had a great experience. Easy to book an appointment online, very friendly staff welcomes you as soon as you walk in, and they kept me informed the entire time (I opted to wait for my car to be serviced as we live in the Keys). I was in and out in under 3 hours (including them washing the car!). I have a 2019 Mercedes GLC and didn’t want to pay the outrageous prices charged by the dealership, so I tried Prestige. I will definitely be using them going forward!

tl;dr - Honest, Fast, and Reliable service(s) are what you will find at Prestige Auto Tech. This was the first location that came up on my search and chose to blindly trust. The staff is excellent - from calling in and speaking with Hector or Jesus (two of the guys you will usually see up front), to speaking with Adolfo the (tech/mechanic) -- It was a pleasant experience all around. They will keep you updated throughout the entire process via text or call, so rest assured you'll be in good hands. As far as cost if that is your specific concern - I'd recommend calling and asking. These guys are upfront about everything and nice. Again, the experience from calling in to dealing with the cost of services - was excellent. They are genuinely honest and trustworthy folks; being in Miami that is relatively hard to find, if you ask me. Place does not care about customers. Had sensors replaced Thursday, next day a high-pitched squeak began to sound. Called immediately, took it in Tuesday. They wanted to charge me another $220 diagnostic, when they just did one 4 days earlier. Manager, Chris was rude and showed zero concern. Will never go back. The day I was there, another customer was also very unhappy.

this shop takes advantage of its customers. they overcharge for services significantly and like to prey on people they think might fall for it. you’re better off going somewhere more trustworthy.

I used to be a regular here before the recent merger. While the service remains excellent, I’ve noticed that along with adding 'Prestige' to the name, the prices seem to have adopted a 'Prestige' level as well. For my vehicle, prices have essentially doubled in some areas. When I brought this up, the person at the front desk responded with a dismissive, "No way, prices have stayed the same." Great service overshadowed by pricing that now competes with dealership rates.

The service at Prestige Auto Tech was amazing. They handled everything; from the pick up and tow of my vehicle to their shop, diagnostics, and repairing with OEM parts. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, they kept me current on the status of my repair, were transparent about the costs, and provided estimates for additional mechanical issues they discovered. As an added bonus, they gave my car an amazing wash and vacuum. The interior looked and smelled better than it has since I got the car., the exterior was spotless. 100% would recommend.

First time happy customer. Great experience, friendly service, clean shop. The gentlemen at the front desk were quick to put me at ease and address my vehicle emergency. I found this place thanks to Google and I am so grateful. The price was similar or better to a national shop, they include a car wash when finished. My car stalled at a gas station. I was near another national car repair shop and thankfully they were able to start my vehicle to get it to their shop. Once there they determined that a new battery was needed. Unfortunately the battery is not easily replaced as it’s located under the driver seat requiring more than usual effort. The real issue came when they advised me that they could not figure out how to reset the codes on the vehicle, as required, once they replaced it! Really?! This job was a $650+ job and you don’t know how to do it? The nearest national dealership shop was 1.5 hours away, this was a Friday afternoon around 4pm! They casually left me to figure it out myself. Prestige Auto Tech had the parts and knowledge to take care of my car in a professional and experienced manner. Thank you!

Thank you Raul for being so helpful & very open about my car & for taking very good care of my baby i took my 2020 Mercedes Benz S560 in on Friday 9/27 for a replacement of the oil pump and raul informed me it’ll be ready by Thursday 10/4 of the following week which to me was amazing (no shop takes less than a week for anything) & he called me a day before wednesday 10/3 explaining my car was ready for pick up & even courtesy washed my car! thank you to all the guys at prestige for their delicacy & hard work!
