My 2015 Rover Evoque quit running, after waiting 2 months for Land Rover to identify the problem. I decided to take it to Premium Auto the reviews were good so I called and talked to Hector. He explained that he had vehicles ahead of me but would take a look. It was the timing chain sprocket which also messed up the valves on a couple of cylinders. He worked with my insurance and was true to his word it took a week from start to finish replacing my engine. Hector kept me informed with updates through out the process. If he missed my call, he always returned my call. Hector and his team at premium auto are awesome. I would highly recommend this outstanding auto shop to anyone with car problems. I also had him put on new tires for both of my vehicles. I couldn't be more impressed with the customer service he provided. He was honest and didn't BS me about the vehicle. He will let you know what he can and cannot do, which was refreshing in today's maintenance market. This is my new maintenance guy from now on. Thanks Hector !

Great service. This is the place to go for NW El Paso people. Why? Because 1. they are part of the Technet system that give nationwide warranty on the work they do. 2. Because they are capable, honest, and trustworthy. I took my car there for a power steering leaking hose that had just been replaced only weeks ago in another city. As part of the Technet warranty, he did the work at no charge. Support your local businesses like this over the chain based ones that are sprouting up all over.

The guys at Premium Auto service are always consistent. They are fast, honest, and have a lot of integrity. When searching for a place to fix my car, I'm always wary of people taking advantage or trying to make a quickbook. I have never felt this way, in fact they have done many services for free or for very little. They give honest advice and will tell you genuinely if it would be better to take your car somewhere else. They have guaranteed all of the work they've done for me. If I don't have to take my car to the dealership I always come here. I know they're going to back up their work.
