Another great experience with my repair. Had engine light issue was diagnosed repaired along with other normal maintenance issues from normal wear and tear. Courteous Staff and professional. Never once did I have to contact them- they keep you informed along the way.. This is my 3rd time using their services- will continue to go back. Thank you to my Service advisor Joey and the mechanic(s) who worked on my vehicle.

We have been bringing our cars here since they opened several years ago. Always outstanding service! I brought my BMW 650I in for repair and oil change a few days ago. Caleb was awesome from beginning to end! From scheduling us in, keeping us updated with detailed diagnosis and repair, and just great friendly communication all the way around! Highly recommend Premier1 Auto Care.

Premier1 Auto did a “100K miles inspection “ on my 2016 BMW X5 recently. I was very pleased with Caleb’s explanations on the recommended work and the results. They were better than the dealer service I had received previously and the service cost was more reasonable. I will be returning to them for any further service. Pete C.

Yes, I'm leaving this as one star because I'm so angry that this place has a high rating that couldn't tell me more nor give me a paper to visual see regarding my vehicle. Transparency is the phase here, unfortunately never again will I go back and do business with this place. What a waste of time. Their statement is vague and honestly don't bother going to them. Save the trip and trouble doing so.

I had my vehicle serviced here and was extremely surprised with how smooth the process was. Jimmy, the service advisor, was extremely helpful in getting my appointment scheduled and answering questions. The tech that worked on my vehicle went on a test drive with me to address additional concerns. My vehicle was ready as promised and has been running great! Highly recommend going here if you need work done on your vehicle.

What a great shop. Brought my Maserati in for the annual checkup. Caleb was a terrific advisor. Car treated with great care. Communication before during and after was top-notch. Price paid more than reasonable. I got no pressure to get other things done. In fact, I asked about something, and they said it was not necessary this time. I'll be back!

Update: Brad, the General Manager, reached-out soon after I left the original appointment. We discussed the miscommunication (on both sides) and opportunities for resolution. They professionally and quickly performed the brake job. The fact the shop took ownership of the situation and tried to make it right speaks volumes of their integrity and commitment to their customers. Thank you ------- Unfortunately, I couldn't use their services. I scheduled an appointment for 0800, first available slot, a week prior as a waiting customer. Straight-forward scope: front brake pads and rotors replacement. Arrived to the appointment on time, but was informed they would have to order parts (delivery ETA of 10:00am) and vehicle should be ready by the end-of-day. I'm not sure they understand the definition of an appointment. They couldn't even start the job until a minimum of 2hrs later. Not really bait & switch, but a disappointing first impression for a positively reviewed shop.

I took my 2017 S550 to Premier for an intermittent problem that was occurring when I put the car in reverse. My driver assistance features would fail and the car would lose acceleration. They did a diagnostic and determined the engine control module needed replacement. However, that didn’t fix the issue. They kept trying to figure it out and finally found that there was some wiring that needs to be replaced and a wheel speed sensor. They refunded me for the engine control module, and test drove the car several times to make sure there were no issues. The provided five star customer service the entire time kept me updated, and I’d recommend them to anyone!!!

Parts we get for our truck fleet are cheaper than going to dealer. We’ve purchased several headlights and mirrors for our trucks and they always fit. Just have your model and year of vehicle ready and should be a quick transaction

Professional and extremely helpful. I went in knowing my situation with a turbo booster could be minor or very expensive. They ran all applicable diagnostics and the solution was cheaper than anything I was worried about for the last 2 months. Julian communicated every step along the way. I'll definitely be back.

The experience started by using the app. Which was so easy to use and offered detailed options for your car services. Before my appointment was confirmed, a sales rep called to confirm and answer any questions I may have. They were so knowledgeable and gave exceptional advice. At the facility the staff was so friendly and genuine. They kept me updated through out the experience by giving me a friendly call and even offering uber/lift. Outstanding work gentlemen 😇

Just recently took our Cayenne in for repairs and I must say, I was very pleased with the way Kaleb kept us informed through every step. He even waited after his shift for us to pick up our car. That really spoke volumes of their service. I highly recommend them and i think I’ve found someone trustworthy!
