I originally dropped off my car at Tire Choice Auto Service Center and they tried to charge me $700 for a brake hose replacement and possible caliper replacement. I declined and brought it to Premier Tire and Auto Care, and they did it for $170. I will 100% be giving them my business again. They were able to complete my repair within the workday and were very professional with giving me updates on price and state of repair.

I had an almoat flat tire when I was finished with an appointment. I had no idea what I was going to do. I just happened to see the sign for this shop and walked over to see if they could help. They said yes and got me in quick. The guy at the desk was super friendly, and the team got my tire fixed in no time! They saved the day for me. Thank you!!!!

I can't say enough about the excellent level of service I received this past week. I was in Columbus for work during a heat wave when my AC stopped working. After driving 1 1/2 hours with the windows down, and sweating in places i forgot I had, I called Premier Tire & Auto because they were the closest to my hotel. Abdullah asked me to bring the car in as soon as I could, made a quick evaluation, and squeezed it in his schedule. He even gave me a ride back to my hotel. By the next morning, my AC was working again, and his price was more than fair. I am so appreciative of his kindness when he could have easily taken advantage of the situation. My 4 hour trip back home was so much more enjoyable than it would have been without AC.

I had an automotive emergency this morning and this was the closest shop to my home. I called, got an answer immediately, and was invited to bring my car over as soon as I wanted to. The repair took less than 20 minutes, and the mechanic saved the leftover parts for me so I wouldn't have to pay to replace them. 10/10 would go back and recommend to others. Wonderful first experience.

My car broke down with a flat tire and they offered me air, but it wouldn’t hold, so they helped me put the spare on at no charge! Very friendly and helpful!

Was recommended to Dan by a family member who had a great experience. I went in for a tire plug since I had driven over a nail. He plugged my tire as well as fill up my others free of charge. He was very efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable.

I have been using this guy for a couple years now. I will not recommend him to anybody I'm not going to give him two stars . The last two times I've went to him one was supposed to put a O2 sensor on the top of my engine he said he had to go from underneath so you put my car in the lift couldn't get to it from there. He told me to take it back to mad hatter exhaust to have them put it on. He was going to charge me $138 to put it on which that's kind of ridiculous now for his labor that's what the dealer charges. It only cost me $33 to get it done at mad hatter. Went there today to have him put spark plugs on my car last week he told me it would be 80 or 90. Now it's going to be 138 then he said he would do it for $85. So he pulled the car in lifted the hood up. I walked over to the ATM to get the money out since he don't charge sales tax when you pay by cash. Then he looked at me and said be 138 an hour and it's going to take it three and a half hours to do the job. He said oh I can do it for $285 I'm like the dealer was going to charge me $200 to do it. For some reason he's became real sketchy and does not want to do his job

My girlfriend and her family have taken their cars here for years, so I recently started taking my car here as well. I’ll always take my car here over any other place! Daniel is trustworthy, transparent, and experienced. I had my car towed in for an alternator replacement, but ended up replacing my timing belt too, which was badly in need of replacement (12 years old 😲). The cost of replacing my alternator, timing belt, and serpentine belt here was about $200 less than a dealership quoted for the timing belt alone. If you want a mechanic that you can trust and don’t want to pay dealership prices, this is your place.
