Fantastic help with the “my key” issue I had on my F150. Quick and easy. Programmed and fixed two keys for me and reset the system to fix the problem.

I'm very impressed with this shop I purchased a fuel filter from O'Reilly's that was manufactured and properly that caused my fuel pump to burn out I didn't know this I had to have a wrecker take it to this shop they diagnosed the problem replaced the fuel pump that was burned up and my truck is running like a top I highly recommend this shop to anyone with a diesel truck I will continue to go here and tell my friends to go here.

I have used Premiere Diesel a few times for a variety of issues with my work trucks. They were competitively priced, and turn around was great. Kyle was helpful, honest, and upfront about the symptoms my trucks experienced and had solutions to fix the issues. I recommend Premiere to anyone with a diesel work truck that needs to get back on the road asap.

Took them our company’s 2013 F350. They said a $600 repair would fix the reduced engine power fault, which it did not. Then they said it had fuel contamination, metal and rust in fuel system. They wanted $8,000 to “decontaminate”. Had suspicions, We Denied repair. Had to pay $480 for a “diagnostic fee” to pick up truck, fuel now spraying everywhere under hood, an issue It did not previously have. Took truck to another shop who confirmed NO fuel contamination, metal or rust. Issue was just a weak fuel pump. 0 stars, this place is a rip off. Beware! EDIT: When I called the shop and explained the fuel spraying everywhere, they couldn’t be bothered to drive out 5 miles to look at the truck. So when they say they would try to make it right, that’s also a lie.

Adam and Kyle answered a ton of "backyard mechanic" questions for me for free. When I couldn't fix it, I took it to them and it was done properly and pretty close to the price they quoted. Didn't try to upsell suspension work, but when Kyle showed me what they recommended, I went back for round 2. Spent over $5k total, but my 1-ton feels ready for another 350k miles! Thanks guys

Great shop. Will get all my business going forward. I was expecting the normal up sell process and for them to tell me I needed several repairs for hundreds of dollars. They found the problem was a faulty sensor and fixed that for a more than reasonable price. Great service. Thanks.

We have a green 1 ton truck with a diesel motor that we use at Skunk Bait Wildlife Control. Kyle and the whole crew at Premier Diesel are honest and went above and beyond to help us get back on the road. They do good work and they're honest. We recommend them if you need help with a diesel truck.

Be careful here. I called and asked for an estimate on an old diesel truck, was told about 500 dollars to replace an injection pump. I had the truck towed to their shop the next day. When the tow truck left my pickup in their parking lot the new price was now over $1400. We attempted to rework the deal in ways to lessen the price but somehow after everything the new lessened price was now $1370. Batteries were added to the bill so that will have an effect. I say this to warn others about prices changing after you are stuck at their shop.

Wonderful shop. I have had a very bad experience at another diesel shop and let me tell you. Premier diesel is a wonderful experience all around. They were knowledgeable and timely in the estimate, repairs and service. Their customer service was awesome and truck runs great. Couldn’t be happier.
