When I first moved to the area, I found Premier Automotive based on positive Google and Yelp reviews. The first few times I had work done, I was quite pleased. The 2 most recent have been quite unsatisfactory. First, on a routine maintenance job, they rotated the tires but mis-threaded and ruined one of the bolts. I didn't mess with contacting them because there was no way to prove it was their fault, but I never touched the lugs until I went to swap out a flat tire and one of the 5 bolts was stuck on. Cost me several hundred dollars to have fixed. Today, I had an 8:30 am appointment for service. The rep on the phone assured me it would be done "in a couple hours". 5 hours later they still hadn't started on it. If appointments and the word of the guy on the phone don't mean anything, I have no interest in ever doing business with you again. You guys have slipped, Premier. Pretty sad. I would no recommend this establishment any longer.

Travis and the team here worked on my Jeep back in August and I really appreciated his professionalism and going above and beyond with the customer experience. I also really appreciated that Travis made sure I knew that his doors were open if I had any follow up issues. Had my car serviced here twice and highly recommend them!

This auto repair shop is excellent from the service writer Travis Wiseman to the Tech. J. Moergeli who worked on our car(2012 Mazda 5). We had brake issues, master cylinder was bad and they did a great job fixing it and taking care of the whole braking system. Plus they fixed some other work not done right by another repair shop. Plus the car came back clean, I didn't have to go behind and clean up under the hood! I will have them do repairs in the future and recommend them to my friends. They are a top notch auto repair facility!

First time going to Premier. Flew in from Vermont to visit my daughter and her car needed attention. Made an appointment online then I did a follow up call expressing my concerns with my daughters car. They were really down to earth and understanding. This is a place that I would advise any parent to trust their child to go to if they aren't around to help them. I truly appreciate the respect you gave me in understanding the need of having a reliable car for my daughter without taking advantage of the situation.

I brought my 2003 Ford F-150 into Premier and they were able to give it the TLC that it needed. It's driving like a new. Great customer service and provided the details of the repairs done.

I’m always pretty skeptical when it comes to mechanics but, to keep it short, my experience with them gave me reasons to feel like I could trust them. They also got me in and out quickly. Would highly recommend and will be bringing our cars in whenever they need service.

Premier is a great small shop. We have had a few cars worked on by them. They have always done a great job with our cars. They are very professional and treat all of their customers with great respect. The last service was just an oil change and tire rotation, completed in a short amount of time.

Called for an oil change appointment on my 2005 Ford pickup and I waited and I was in & out in know time that all. They did find a couple small oil leaks that cause be an issue down the road. So, I decided to scheduled the next oil change and also to get the leaks fixed. I can’t say enough about the great customer service from Travis and everyone at Premier!! Thank you

I had my motor swapped for 4224$ on my 01 s10 the motor I paid for had leaks everywhere it overheated and the oil change wasn’t done they used water for me radiator. The engine itself was only 1200$ horrible job would not recommend

I took my Toyota Camry in for the first time to premiere. They did the service in a reasonable period of time. The quality of their service was excellent. The price was reasonable and well worth it. I've gone to a number of other automotive services in the past and premier is my permanent plug. Thank you premiere.

If you're looking for a fair and honest experience at a mechanic; you either have a time machine, or you got lucky and found premier. My engine misfiring could have easily cost me in the 2k+ range, but the savants at premier got me back on the road for less then 450 dollarbucks. Turns out a rat chewed my wiring harness and spark plug connector wire. I highly recommend and appreciate the sameday service, thanks and keep up the honest service.

I was referred here by a friend that said her dad always took his car here for good service. I was sure surprised after a few visits where I was given very inconsistent information about what was wrong with our cars. We were given an appointment to fix our car then they had to hold it for two additional days. The attitude I was given when I brought up broken links for car reports, things that were broke that weren't told to us, the cost for such repairs which I found to be less expensive elsewhere, and again, the tone of the manager left me with a less than stellar opinion of this establishment. His excuse for all of the issues was always that he wasn't the manager when I first started taking my car there. I don't know why but Travis gives off major cuck vibes with the way he deals with customers that disagree or have a dispute. If I could give zero stars I would.

We have been taking our car to Premier Auto for service for many years. We trust them so much, that we bring the car and tell them to fix anything that needs fixing. And that’s what they do, and they do it promptly for a decent price. It is a very comforting feeling to trust your car maintenance facility like that!

We’ve been going to Premier Automotive for years. They treated my 88 year old mother with respect and dignity and have always been square with me. They are clearly more concerned with building long term customers than making a quick buck. Thats the kind of car repair shop that I want to deal with.

These guys are great! I brought in my 4Runner after getting an eye-popping repair quote from the Toyota dealership - and not only was the recommended work cheaper, but they found that half of the repairs didn't even need to be done. So glad I got a 2nd opinion, thank you Premier!
