I held off a year to write a review to this place. Went here to install some upgraded 17 turbos read the reviews, and because he messes around with European cars, I thought he would take my car and with respect and care. Boy, was I wrong. Couple of days after picking up my car I started going over some of the work I noticed while he installed the engine hoist to hold the motor up he put holes on the inside of my fenders in addition to this he snapped off my level bar on my cooling expansion tank. A couple of months later, I went to do an oil change and noticed that he used basic oil. Okay, not too much of a big deal, even though I did install upgraded turbos. He put in a Carquest oil filter. Everyone that has BMWs knows this is a No-No these filters collapse on itself due to pressure. Now I'm doing the expansion tank to the coolant and I noticed he put regular green antifreeze once again somebody who works with BMWs no we put in BMW specified coolant or an equivalent which is blue especially when I upgraded my turbos nobody pays to get a subframe dropped to put inferior products in the car to cause premeditated failure in the future I attempted multiple times to call him he never called me back I went to the shop a couple of times to receive compensation for the damages he's dead wasn't there at the end of the day none of this matters the whole point is I paid for a service to get my BMW service with respect and didn't receive that service so for anyone who really respects their BMW Mercedes Volkswagen or European car please be very cautious When approaching this shop for any type of repairs. And with all this being said I still like the owner of the shop he was very respectable man but it seems like he had somebody inexperienced actually working on the car and it seems like the owner fell to double-check his work before releasing the car to me

OMG! This place is awesome! My car broke down Christmas night. Engine wouldn’t turn over. Got a diagnosis from a local mechanic that said it was the fuel pump. I called a tow truck to take me to the dealer. The tow truck operator recommended this shop. I towed my car to Premier and Sergio was very patient with me. Not only was my car misdiagnosed, he found out what the problem was and fixed it in a day! I know I got on his nerves because I kept calling him for updates (he did contact me often, I was just nervous because no one could tell me what was wrong with the car at other shops). Well.. he found the issue and fixed it. Car has been running beautifully ever since. The prices are reasonable and the staff is super friendly! They even gave me a ride home when I towed my car to the shop (it was raining). Highly recommend this shop!!!

Very knowledgeable and skilled owner. Especially with BMWs. My advice though - if you call and no one answers, do not think they're closed. They are there during normal business hours, but they may not answer the phone. The owner seems very hands on with the shop.

Worst experience ever. $100k car ruined because they scratched windows,painted all the trim and inside of windows ,hairs in the paint and fisheyes every square inch.
