I went there today for ignition coils and spark plugs they charged me 915 for a 2017 Hyundai Elantra LE. I found out after the work was done. Then I called Mieneke the mechanic I usually use they said that they would have charged me 600 instead. My car was shaking so I used them for convince never again! Please do not go here! 😤

Not only does the shop offer a large variety of services, but their employees are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They go out of the way to satisfy the customers needs in a timely manner with attention to detail. Highly recommended !

Id leave zero stars if i could. I brought my car into this shop to get the air conditioning fixed, and after they charged me $600, it’s *still* broken! When I called to tell them the issue wasn’t resolved, their “solution” was to charge me ANOTHER $600 to redo the work that they clearly didn’t do right the first time. To top it all off, their idea of making things right was offering me a pathetic $50 gift card, as if that’s supposed to make up for their shady business practices. It gets worse. They claimed they fixed a motor mount, but when I took my car to a different shop, the mechanic informed me the motor mount was completely blown out! So either they never touched it, or they just slapped a band-aid on it and called it a day. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Not only is their work subpar, but their customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far away from this shop.

I usually change my own oil, but I ran out of time to do it myself. I stopped by Precision Tune yesterday, and I’m so happy I did! Friendly, professional mechanics. Service was prompt- I brought my car in at 2pm and it was ready within an hour. Thank you to Gabriel who made my first oil change at a mechanic’s shop a positive one! I highly recommend Precision Tune Auto to anyone who needs vehicle service. * Base access is needed, as the shop is on a military base. *

Worst customer service. They refuse to stand behind the tires. We got tires from them and they were nothing but problems. Only one manager will help if the other one isn't there. The skinny manager blamed us and told us we were bad drivers. He also told us that we had to much weight in the car and that was another problem. Since we have had nothing in the SUV but me and the kids... thank you for calling us fat. We are leaning towards they were the wrong tires for the car but it's better to blame the customer. My husband also read there were bad batches of the tires made and its sounding like we got those..... nope tell them they run into curbs all the time, only drive into potholes and put to much weight in the car. Apparently I was so busy and had no clue. We bought and changed tires ourself. Every problem was fixed. Would recommend NO ONE TO GO THERE. We have heard so many people having problems there. AAFES needs to cancel their contract.
