Do Not Take Your Vehicle To Them!!! Trust me just Find another trust worthy shop and save yourself from the hassel and lies. And don't waste your time calling the number back the owner leaves on these reviews he just lies and don't take accountability for his sorry promises nor his staff.

I'm not going to knock on this place cause they did fix the issue I brought to them, but their suppliers are slow, so a two hour job turned into four. Mines was an emergency, so better drop your vehicle off to avoid that.

My check engine light went on hours after picking it up from this place and it wasn't previously on. I paid over $1000 there were surprise parts they ordered and did not inform me about that they added in last minute. There are still issues with my car and it was in the shop for days. Definitely don't go here if you have a bmw. They don't know how to put the oil cap on correctly or what parts to get.

Horrible customer service interaction! The individual I was talking to was unwilling to listen to me! I just wanted to know what I had to do to figure out how to determine the estimate. Then the person who answered the phone and talking to me just hung up the phone on me on purpose.

It was great. The wait was long, but I didn't have an appointment and went by on the spur of the moment, so the fact that they were willing to take me at all was excellent. The price was reasonable and in line with similar repairs. And there was no hard sell of additional work. I'm very happy with my experience and will definitely go back.

If everyone were as honest and hard-working as Will, the lead mechanic, owning a vehicle would be worry free. He is accurate, knowledgeable and honest. He is definitely the largest asset to that location and that company!!!

If you want service done same day best to come when they first open, if you wait you most likely won't get seen that day or have a few hours to wait , I did get the services I needed today , I came when they first open, I feel like I got lucky today though lol ...

Customer 10 years plus. This trolley location sucks. A bunch of incompetent techs that don’t know what they are doing. Took my car in to get ac compressor replaced. Took a week for the part to get in and another 2 days to install and complete work. The tech ordered wrong compressor that did not have lip to hold belt and shredded belt when I picked up car after over a week. Took back to shop after driving less than quarter mile and they had to order another compressor and that took another 3 days and they installed same day. Went to pick car up and drive up the street and guess what no ac! Popped the hood in the median on trolley road and lo and behold a coolant leak has arisen and there is liquid all over the engine. Took back immediately and they lift up on machine to take a look and guess what! They ordered the wrong compressor again, this one was too big and rubbed the coolant line causing a leak that also caused the serpentine belt to slip and shred as well. So here we are now two weeks in on a simple task and now I have to get a hose repaired, belt repaired and still have to get the right compressor ordered and get that fixed. After about 3 weeks finally the service has been done correctly. $1700 job paid out of pocket and no discount for the inconvenience calling and emailing corporate, that was July of 23 and it’s now may of 24 and guess what has stopped working! You guessed right the ac compressor has stopped engaging. Took it back to them 5/13/24 and they told me I’m a couple 100 miles outside of warranty but they will cover the part but wants me to pay 1300 in labor. Yea I’ll pass and I will never use or recommend this company to anyone else

Absolutely amazing customer experience. They are transparent and quick to find parts needed, even if that means calling all around the US on the off chance of finding a Canadian CV axle that isn't shipped by the manufacturer to the US, and FOUND ONE. These guys make it happen, educate you every step of the way. Best place in Charleston.

Disappointed! Appointment was set for 8am - 8:30am. I was the first customer in for the day. I sat until 9:10 and my car was not touched. I checked in with the front desk on the delay and no rationale was provided. I had higher expectations for customer service based on the below reviews.

Loved everyone I interacted with at Precision! Came in for suspension work, but was unsure exactly what the problem was. Within just a couple hours they had the problem diagnosed and a couple hours later it was ready for pick up. We will be a Precision Tune family for a long time to come!

Steve made my entire experience amazing. I thought my car was done and I was lost at what I could even do about it. After explaining the symptoms, Steve and his team ran diagnostics and found out I had a vacuum issue and it was no problem for them to fix it. Not only was the work great and timely, it was also affordable! They got me back on the road in one day! I highly recommend talking to Steve when you get to the shop. He will put you at ease and do his best to offer (what I consider rare) excellent customer service.

I took my 2012 Acura TL into Precision Tune Auto Care in Summerville for a replacement of my blend door actuator. Due to the negligence of the mechanic not only were they not able to fix my blend door they cause further issues to my car to the point my car has no power to be turned on. I have meet with Rob Domino and Chad Bechtel and meeting with gote nowhere but a car with electrical issues a $1200 bill from another shop that tried to help fix their issues and a tow bill of $140. I am forced to seek legal action against Precision
