Very satisfied with my service yesterday. Came in for a normal oil change and was cheaper than expected which was great. The new owner was very personable and talked to me awhile about his new plans and vision for the shop. During the oil change process they showed me my air filters which were awful but I enjoyed that he personally took the time and showed me and also talked me through the pricing as well. I respect that because it didn’t make me feel like they were trying to get me to spend more money but genuinely making sure my car was in the best condition it should be. The customer service was top tier especially with it being the first day as the new owner and still finding a way to make the customer satisfied. I will continue coming here for all my car needs :)

WOULD LIKE TO GIVE 0000 STARS!!!!! I brought my car in for sir suspension diagnosis due to code. The suspension was only a little low like in 2nd picture.but car was still driveable. I got the repair estimate and wanted to take care of it home and return it later since i had to pick up grandchildren from school but after the tech had done some inspection , messed with the air suspension system, my car was so low, actually touching the front tires, it is not driveable. If precision tune didnt know what they were doing, why did they mess with my car?

not super cheap but they def saved me when I needed it, had to get my car towed so I chose to take it here since I didn't know any local places and I could take the bus to it. They did two of my tires and it was 417 but I've also got an old BMW so it needs fancy tires I suppose. I had a ton of Christmas gifts in the car and they didn't touch anything except to move the car. Thanks guys you saved my tail haha

I love going to the customer service is excellent. The cashier is very friendly. They make you feel welcome. I go there. I sit and I talk and I mean it’s comfortable. The work is done. They tell me what I need to know for my car. I love it.

My only gripe would be the wait time until my car was actually started for the oil change. The employee was transparent though so my choice to have the oil change and wait for it. I simply brought things to work on to pass the time.

Oil /filter change invoice #65923. The dip stick barely registered any oil at all. Attendant engaged the hand brake so tight that I had to have him release the button so I could drive away. Not pleased at all.

Quoted me $175 for a CEL diagnostic and $75 for the TPMS diagnostic. Would’ve liked to continue business with this place but they should consider lowering prices for an OBD scan.

10/10 wouldnt recommed They are the reason why i dont have a car! Its nothing but uber and the bus line for me. Lets just say they did a half assed job and it caused something to leak in a place where it shoulnt have. And we don't have to talk about the fact that I had to buy the part myself off of eBay.

They charged me over $400 to have the car looked at. Claimed they fixed a valve. Less than 3 weeks later, my fuel pump died and needed to be replaced. I feel ripped off! When I asked for refund they tell me to call corporate. Corporate never calls me back. What a waste of my money. Not only that but my other mechanic told me they didn't even change the oil correctly. I have had more issues ever since. Never going back to this place

I don’t recommend going here for car maintenance, solely based on the manager and her poor customer service and inability to communicate. We took our car in for an oil change, my husband checked it in and mentioned we also need to have our rear turn signal lights replaced if they had time. The manager gave us a price for the oil change and said changing the two lights would be $30 plus labor, so my husband agreed and we left. When we were called to pickup, we were given a total that was more than what we were told previously. I explained that my husband had been told the price of $30 for both lights and instead it was doubled. The manager continued to speak over me, and repeat the same thing of “I told him it was $30 each” over and over again, without giving any options to fix the miscommunication that had taken place and rectify the situation. She insinuated my husband was lying, which wasn’t true because he was texting me in real time while checking in, letting me know what she was saying the price would be. (She asked to see the texts when I came to pickup, and I told her since they’re removing the lights, I have no reason to show her) Also he just wouldn’t lie about something so stupid? The $30 isn’t a big deal (I meant it is a ripoff, but would be worth the convenience), it was the fact that she had not effectively communicated the correct/full cost of the service to us, and then put it on us. She put in my notes that I was “irate” over the phone, when I was not. I was really just trying to speak when she continued to talk down to me and repeat the same thing. In the end, she snapped at me and said they would just remove the lights (it seemed like a threat I guess?) and I agreed because it really wasn’t worth dealing with her. Instead of making an effective resolution, she just made the technician do double the labor for $0?? I believe that she purposely talks fast/under her breath to confuse customers and possibly have them spend more on unnecessary or unknown issues. While waiting for the bulbs to be removed at checkout, I witnessed this happen with another guest who was dropping their car off, and the manager had to ask multiple times what the issues were and still kept getting them wrong/saying something else that would be far more expensive when entering them into the system. All around, not worth the headache to go here.

Check engine light was on and my car was running pretty rough. They told me nothing was wrong with it. I ended up reading the codes and doing the repair myself. Wouldn’t go back or recommend this shop to anyone. The manager / lady at the front desk was nice though.

Got there one minute before opening, as instructed, to avoid the wait. But they had already opened, and there was already a wait. Hmm. Otherwise, service was good and the inspection was fine. Convenient location.

I came in for a oil change and inspection. They called me 3 times and said they recommended other services get done as well. I didn't mind I just wanted to get my car serviced. I paid $400 for everything done. I get 5 min from house and noticed I had the same sticker. I called and they said I passed inspection and forgot to pit the sticker on. Then on top of that the oil change sticker was old too. Idek if they did the services I asked for. I had to wait a week to come back cause that was my only day off and the inspection guy was only available during the week. I had to take time off. No compensation other than sorry. I won't be coming here again unfortunately.

Well as I’m observing the reviews, this place is relatively well-liked in the community but there are substantial one stars. Seems to me what defines a shop is not what they do right but how they handle issues that come up. Most places that are decent will get it right the first time and if not then they will simply go out of business. I also felt I was quoted out reasonably fairly for services rendered. My problem is specifically with how this place handles issues that go wrong as they come up. With my issue they took zero accountability and responsibility for when they got the service wrong/ when it didn’t last. The lady at the front desk defends the business marvelously. She holds her ground and remains cool calm and collected as she tirelessly and unapologetically defends herself and the shop even when the work was done poorly. In my case, I asked for them to fix my headlights. They couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my headlights and I ended up having to spend an additional $150 at the Subaru dealership just to get my problem solved after I had left my car with these people all day long. Additionally, I paid for a full diagnostic and recharge of my ac system. 2 months later it’s now June. I have a 1 year old and a 3 year old burning up in the backseat because my ac is not working. I asked her how long the service should last for. When I googled it, the internet said 2 to five years. I don’t know about all of that but I absolutely expect that a service for AC should last for the 6 month warm period of the year here in Virginia. Warranty or not (which by the way they don’t warranty this service whatsoever), an AC repair should get people comfortably through one summer. If it does not, the shop has failed. She offered for me to bring the car in to be looked at the next day but could not promise that they would assist or help or discount anything. I expect a mutually beneficial compromise or incentive and some apology at bare minimum for what we are going through. I got nothing. Why would I take it back to be looked at at the place that got it wrong without any promise that they will bear some of the burden?? After having spent $830 already at this shop, I was disappointed and since they couldn’t get it right the first time, I’m not going to waste my time a second time. To be honest, they read heartless and uncaring regards to what my little babies are having to deal with. I as a single mother do not have money to throw at this issue and it is unclear as to whether or how we will make it through the summer since I have given this company my total repair budget and trusted them the first time. My mistake! How long do you think an AC diagnostic and repair ought to last/be guaranteed for? For me, this shop really did not cut the mustard. I left in tears and quite pissed off frankly, not once but twice. Once for my headlights not being fixed and now for my AC. Additionally I had requested they fix all my brakes but they did not address my front brakes. I also was not charged for them. But now I’ll have to schedule another service for that, too. Customer service is everything. I would have rather been charged 30 percent more on the quote for work that would have been done more thoroughly and for work that the company could stand behind rather than act like it’s my fault for being dumb enough to hire them!

I had the worst experience ever with them. I went in for or change and a diagnostic and I decided to get a second opinion and when the mechanic opened up my vehicle, where the filter is they never attached the filter back. I don’t think there was a oil change because when he checked the oil it was black. I would definitely be super careful about going to them. It seems like they are a scam and they are taking peoples money and if you use a coupon for your oil change, I don’t think they’re changing your oil. I will literally never go back to them ever again and I really hope that this will help someone else not ever go back to them ever again.
