OUTSTANDING!!!! From A to Z My wife and I needed the hatch mechanism repaired on our Lincoln. The engineers at Precision had to dive in with both feet to fully evaluate and troubleshoot the problem (( just luv electronics)). Anyway, as they were engaged, the operations manager insisted on transporting me to another appointment I had A N D returned back to pick me up and deliver me to the shop. Clearly way above board!!! To make a long story short: my interaction with the automotive engineers and the senior leadership of the business was simply A+. Their cordial and exceptional customer service, while performing an elongated troubleshooting session, while executing excellent repairs was simply preeminent with their competitors. I HIGHLY recommend for any of your automotive needs…

Super unreliable. Both the one in petersburg and richmond. I drove 60 miles this morning and was barely helped at either location. Do better.

I went to precision auto after being scammed by a previous company for state inspection. Precision was upfront and honest with their reviews of my car for inspection and didn’t try to scam me out of money like the other company for costly repairs that were not needed and I am so thankful for the whole team!

Terrible place to go.. they wanted to do so much stuff to my car that was not necessary at all.. over priced.. stay away from this place if you are trying to save money.. they will recommend things to be done and it’s not needed at all.. I hate to leave a bad review but places like this are a must.. others need to know.. please save your money and go elsewhere..

They have worked on several of my cars aswell as family members cars. I have never had a bad experience. Good people very easy to work with.
