Went in with no appt. Was told it would be a 45 min to 1 hr wait which I was fine with. However. In that time, my oil change was complete. The technician Z decided to take my car instead of taking his lunch! Customer service is always top notch!!

They are the best! Car caught a flat on my lunch break, they were able to take it in right away and it was fixed and ready for pick up by the time I got off of work. 5 out of 5 recommend. I am a new forever customer.

I brought my car in to be serviced. Had an amazing experience, Jamelle, at the front desk, was very helpful and friendly. He made sure my car was safe to drive and even applied some discounts to help with the cost. Would absolutely recommend this place to all my family and friends due to the amazing service provided by Jamelle and the mechanics. Fast and great service!!!!

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. I initially had an issue with my car’s starter, but to be sure, I opted for an inspection—despite it costing 2.5x more than competitors. They diagnosed a battery issue, even though I explained I had already tried replacing the battery without success. Trusting their assurance, I provided a new battery for testing, which they replaced and charged me for ($50). The very next day, the car wouldn’t start again, leaving me stranded. When I returned to the shop, they admitted it was actually a starter issue and charged me again to replace it.

I’ve been coming here consistently for about a year. They have always been helpful, informative, and fairly priced in my experience. One note, I had an issue with some noise in my car which I was sure sounded like something loose but I’m not an expert so I brought it in. They found a CV that needed to be replaced and I was happy to do it given that it was about to give. However, the noise was still there. They mentioned it could be to another part but it wasn’t a serious concern at this time. The noise kept getting worse, and eventually I felt some more shaking. I brought it back a few weeks later, they look at it again, do some tests, and it is in fact a loose bolt that they immediately fixed and for no charge. I am very grateful for them finding this issue and fixing it but also wish they would have taken my “loose lug nuts or a bolt” comment and concern at the beginning of this more seriously which would have saved me taking a day off to figure this out. Overall, I highly recommend this place and they definitely know of the best places for other concerns like electrical problems or body part replacements, or even if you need something welded. They really know their stuff and are very open and honest. They even showed me what they were doing and finding in the shop on a few occasions. Highly recommend!

Lousy service, it took more than four hours to feed my car. I saw the mechanic sitting on the phone for over an hour. I won't come back here again for a very expensive service.

I have been dealing with Precision Tune for over 6 yrs or more and I’ve never had any issues or problems with them at all,their customer service and care is very professional and reliable with their information on how I should handle my purchases towards my vehicle service and parts. Jack Bickel strikes again… I stopped doing business at the New Bern location solely because of Jack. I took my vehicle in to get the alternator replaced at 11am. I specifically asked if the service could be completed today and he said yes shorty. After checking in I asked again how long it would be before someone could check my truck out and he said an hour and a half two hours at the most. I called back at 3:30pm and the guy that answered the phone didn’t see the clip board for my vehicle and didn’t know what I was talking about. Jack did get on the phone and say my vehicle would be pulling next. I arrived back to the location right before close and the lights were out, no employee to be seen besides Jack standing at the desk on his cell phone. He unlocked the door with a smirk on his face and said “we wasn’t able to get to your car”. Communication is a problem but the issue came when I got to my vehicle that was parked in the exactly place I left it. The doors were unlocked when Im absolutely positive I locked them prior to leaving.

Walked in to get my brakes checked. I needed pads & rotors for both front and rear of my car. Jack assisted me and applied an online coupon for $80 Off when calculating my total cost, which I appreciated and, they had my car ready within the 2 hour time estimate provided.
