Fast and efficient service with a personal touch. The front desk person and mechanic went out of their way to help me out. I really appreciate that and fully recommend them Unfortunately, I forgot the front person's name, but Messiah was the mechanic helping me with my brake light amongst other things. Both of them deserve credit fora job well done.

Brian is fair and honest. Most auto mechanic places are not. They do a great job and take care of their customers. My family and I have been going to him for several years now.

The gentleman at the front desk was very professional and courteous, but it was downhill with the mechanics in the garage. I got there at 7:55am and was there until 9:13am for an oil change. I had to walk up to the bay and ask him to back my car out because I have to go to work. They didn’t get around to rotating my tires because I had to go. They literally only changed my oil in one hour and 15 minutes and I was the first person there! The mechanics did find the time to smoke several cigarettes and e-cigarette breaks. The mechanic also took it upon himself to change my radio station. Didn’t know I was paying $88 for him to DJ! Never again. But thank you to the counter guy for being the only professional in the building.

The only place I go to get my oil changed. I chose a different location this time normally go to New Bern Ave store but they are always packed. But it’s safe to say the Atlantic springs location did what they needed to do I was only there for an hour and 3 no shade to new bern. Thank you guys!!!

I went there for an inspection that was supposed to take one hour and it was done in less than half and hour. Those guys knew what they were doing and went straight for it. That was my second time over there and i can tell you that tney are professional. Otherwise, i wouldn't have gone back. I will definitely go back there again for other services, probably for my next oil change. However, i do have to be honest about a weird smell in the waiting room. That, they will have to do something about because i don't see myself sitting there for hours on a big job. I am not sure if it was only a one day thing, but they do have to fix that by having some air freshener in there. I would recommend it.

I would give zero stars if I could, my vehicle isnt much to look at but it's all I got and I'm not able to buy a new one so I just repair it when something starts to malfunction. Well these guys not only misdiagnosed my car but they also tried to tell me that it was irreparable... The parts I need cost a whopping $145... The manager was really respectful I must add but even he couldn't tell me why after the diagnosis many sections were marked "ok" but in fact had problems. My car is not a looker but it's my only vehicle so when I go asking questions on how to repair it I want answers and I did not get them. now I have to go get a real diagnosis at the jeep dealership. The oil change was cheap tho

Precision Tune is awesome and very professional. They really fix your car in a timely manner. The manager Chris on Atlantic Ave in Raleigh does a really good job there. I’ll advise anyone to get their car fixed there.

They told me they could do an alignment, got me all checked in and then tell me they don’t have the right “tools” to do it. I was told to go to another of their locations and on the phone I was told to come by the next day and they would “check” if they could do it. Ya no, I live 35 minutes away, ain’t nobody got time for that.
